The room was comfortable and quiet. The rooftop deck had a nice view. Parking was very confusing. There is no address just a street name, but it was very unclear where on that street we were allowed to park as some of it is restricted. Our host finally came over to the public parking area to address our confusion with parking, but appeared to be annoyed. Our host was not responsive to our suggestions (such as a map) to make it clearer. He led us to the building which I don’t think we would have found on our own. He also didn’t offer to assist us with our luggage, but that wasn’t needed, just would have been nice. The building has a rooftop patio with a nice view, but it is up a very steep stairway (like a ladder) that would not be legal in the US. Breakfast time had to be arranged the night before. Most of the food and coffee is behind glass, so you could not self serve. The host spoke English, but his wife who was very sweet did not and she took care of breakfast. So getting food require pointing. It was an awkward arrangement.

Situated in the ancient village up the hill, easily accessible Capet from the climb. Loved the roof patio. My only complaint would be I found the room very dark, I’m sure it’s fine in Summer, in Autumn, with rain and clouds, I found it a bit depressing.

Great location in the old town. Winding, narrow streets. Wonderful view and balcony. Friendly people, lovely breakfast served in a cosy room with a fireplace.

I loved the little terrace on top of the house with the beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding landscape. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect. We were able to walk around in the village as well took a walk down to the beach.

Location was FABULOUS!! Very authentic old village town experience with stunning views ! Room reeked of cigarettes. Absolutely awful. Terrible for non smokers & asthmatics. No tea/ coffee making facilities. No accomodation information or local area codes . Checkin lady was stern & unwelcoming & forgot to hand back one of our passports. Gave us the wrong breakfast time.

Super cute and cozy B&B in the heart of the historic part of Grottamare. The room was amazing! Very clean, attentive hosts and amazing scenery. Only a 10ish minute walk down to the waterfront. Parking nearby is easy enough. Surrounded by a selection of very nice restaurants. Breathtaking terrace. Wifi was a bit spotty, but that’s far from being an actual problem.

The staff were super kind and helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable. Location was very good too. The price was maybe a little too high.

The only remark is that there wasn’t a lot pf variety on breakfast and I would rather prefer to take items on breakfast for myself.

We loved everything about this place. It is so old-fashioned and quaint, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Grottamare is a beautiful village and it was the perfect stopover on our way down to Puglia.

Stefano and Annunciata were amazing hosts! The B&B is comfortable and has a great view. The room for 3 people was big enough and we had a good breakfast. Stefano gave us good recommendations of places we could visit. Its an uphill and its required to park a few meters away from the B&B. Without a car, it may be a little tricky to get to the B&B

The location is in the middle of the Borgo in the old town on top of a hill. It’s a steep climb to get there. Within 2 min walking there are 3 restaurants near you. It has a terrace with very very steep stairs which offers a beautiful view over the sea and town. The owners are lovely, great breakfast, home made by nonna in an arched breakfast room. Unique experience!
