Great service and breakfast spread is fantastic

Everything was really good. We loved the outdoor pool and our room was spacious and comfortable. The toilet had some issues filling up after flushing. Overall we liked it.

I will come back and stay again. Everything was good actually the breakfast and all as well as a stay in the staff.

The manager has a nasty attitude and should not be a manager. She spoke to me like I’m a child and she was very condescending. She needs to not work with people and find her something safe to do.

We left the property and had to get another hotel. Property will not give refund. Overwhelming smell of smoke for a non smoking hotel. Trash piled up in hallway. Stains on couch in room. Very very unsatisfied and hotel should give a refund but will not.

Booked and confirmed for two double beds and was placed in a room with a single king bed. The staff was unhelpful in accommodating me for the room I paid for.

The breakfast was very good & I appreciate the staff serving hot grits versus the typical oatmeal.

The windows have no locks, they put screws in the tracks to ensure they couldn’t be broken into, however nobody could get out in an emergency. The curtains had numerous holes, and spider webs. The couch was stained, very noisy place.

Room was clean, kitchen had everything we needed except for an oven but that was ok. TV offered all streaming services.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and I loved the personal touch of having my name displayed on the TV when I first entered the room. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated the option to communicate with the front desk via text whenever I needed anything. Everything was well-maintained, the bed was very comfortable, and I loved all the amenities the hotel had to offer. I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back!

The room was so detailed and loved my name on tv as I entered the room ! What class the host at the front was friendly Lori as well as the young man Jaykia and the atmosphere was amazing and serene with the music playing!

I couldn’t even imagine anything better the staff was pleasant and kept going beyond their what was expected of them!!! All the breakfast was served hot and good the only thing was missing for me lol was my oatmeal lol ❤️🥰But kudos to the staff because their was a lot of children and they continued to give the warning signs to watch out for hot pans coming thru!!!

The tv didn’t work. That is a big miss. It’s the second most important thing to the toilet in any hotel room.

Showed up with a family of 5, I having a life threatening illness at 1am after driving 9hrs and the hotel had our reservation but no room available for us

This place is so dirty . From the Lobby chairs. Bedroom and all. You guys need to do better.

The Hotel was nice and the room was great. It had a small living room with a kitchenette and a very nice bedroom. They need to replace the black out curtains it was full of small holes.
