Beautiful rooms and helpful staff. I will use this hotel again as a small staycation

Our "go-to" place to stay whenever we visit the area. The staff is always top-notch. Very comfortable and beautiful rooms and common areas.

Very clean. Staff was attentive and warm. Shower was difficult to set at a comfortable temperature.

The property is beautiful, breathtaking even, the bed was very comfortable, the room AC worked, the hot tub and pool area was amazing even had a locker room for you to change and shower in before. No free breakfast.. with the amount for ONE night being almost $400 no free breakfast was disappointing. The room did not have a microwave which was also disappointing. And then the mini fridge and the thermostat could definitely use some updating..

Beautiful Elevator wasn’t working and I had to walk down stairs on crutches to spa area.

The location was in close proximity of stores, entertainment facilities and spa treatments. The distance waking through the hotel to get to different areas.

Everything was great

Nice environment. Everything keeped up nicely. From the outside to the inside. The café staff needs some training to serve customers. Long line. One EE was working, and 3 others were staying around and chatting

Bed was comfortable. Lack of room amenities, no cutlery, glassware or cups. Plastic and paper throwaway only. Room smelt musty and old, the hotel was aged. I felt unwelcome by staff in the hotel restaurant, I wasn't the only one to be turned away and told not to even bother with room service.
