For the price it did the job. Had two dogs and they accept them. Was overall happy.

The hotel is very nice. The room themselves were perfect but the floors are quite thin. We could hear the people on the 3rd floor walking. Almost thought they were in the room with us. The walls are also pretty thin. We lost sleep because a baby was crying until approximately 1:00 a.m.. However, the staff were extremely nice and helpful with information about the area. The air conditioning worked quite well. Overall, a good stay. I would book with them again.

The room was really clean. It was nice it had a kitchen. The staff was terrible. The women that checked us in laughed at me and my family after they checked us in. Certain people coming and going were greeted but me and my family were talked about when we walked past the desk. Never staying there again.

I would love to get my money back as that was not a good stay . Check in was in unison to us and the customer in front of us, so she didn’t have to say it twice, two pillows on each bed and when asked about a couple of additional since there were four of us, none were available, we only got shampoo bc no conditioner was available, called downstairs for a blow dryer bc the room had none , we were told ya but we have to come get it. When we came down said thank u, hotel clerk said “yup”. Tv did not work at all .Allergies were so bad in the room that allergy meds were not even helping at all. Never again and will be making a formal complaint

The hotel smelled like cooked onions. Thinking people were living there. Beds were terrible and uncomfortable. Our TV Didn't work entire stay.

For this to be a newer hotel in that area, it was mediocre. But served its purpose

The room itself was really nice. The check-in process was weird though... I had to use a phone that barely worked to let them know I was there to check-in because it was after hours. There was no explanation about check-out time or steps I needed to ensure that I was following policy. The person helping me seemed pissed that I was there "late" (it was probably 9pm) And honestly? the entire property reeked of weed. From the moment I stepped into the building, to the moment I stepped out of the building, it smelled like someone was lighting up right next to me. Since it is a long term stay, there were some questionable things happening in the parking lot as well.

We had problems with the television, and the water ran down the drain slow after showing, but everything else was good

It was perfect for one night we didn’t need amenities just somewhere that is clean and safe to sleep and that was this hotel.

Only thing is you have to pay for extra towels or linens, other wise a great spot!

Excellent service and very friendly staff. The only thing was the smell of cigarettes when entering and leaving the hotel, but otherwise, everything was great.

This was a working trip. Overall, the facility provided value for money. Clean room for our 7 night stay…nice tile floor had been vacuumed/swept, but not mopped. Hence, our socks got very dirty beginning on the first day of our stay. Cooked our own food in the kitchenette every day. Loved the full size refrigerator. Would have preferred a proper desk chair at the desk and not the straight back chair - it was not comfortable. Did not have time to use the laundry facility or the gym, so cannot comment. Had a disabled person, so was able to utilize handicap parking most days. Recommend a few more handicap parking spots be added, as there was high demand. Also, recommend one or two more luggage carts in the entrance - carts often disappeared for long periods/days. Most staff members were kind and accommodating. Especially thankful for the staff member who stayed past her shift to ensure we were checked in…late arrivers have to use alternative methods to check in. We were informed that we take out our own garbage at check-in. Clean towel exchange procedures were not clearly explained, and had a staff member melt down over a misunderstanding of that process, but that appeared to be a one-off. Air conditioning definitely definitely kept us “cool”, but was challenging to adjust to our comfort level.
