Pre-bought toasts for breakfast

Great value to money. Very clean. It was a very convenient location to explore the Motor Valley during my stay - museums, the Imola track etc. Nice breakfasts in the morning made by the friendly host.

I needed to go to CenterGrooss, the village of Lovoleto, where this beautiful house is located, is a 5-minute drive away. A two-story house with a decent garden plot. You are greeted by the hospitable hostess Milva. She does not speak a word of English, but has brilliantly mastered Google translator and communicates quite successfully. I must say that not a fly will fly past Milva, she sees and hears everything, she will not miss her own, but she will help her guests with any question and create comfortable conditions for your vacation. The apartment is on the second floor, there are three apartments. My wife and I got the larger of two rooms and a large bathroom. The first impression is very clean! The rooms have everything you need for short stays. I was there in January, the house is warm. Hot water from a gas water heater is always available. There is a kettle in the room, tea bags, snacks and cups are offered in the common hallway. For an additional 1 euro you can take a bottle of water and a clean towel. The bed is comfortable. The blanket was warm, the pillows were comfortable, the linen and towels were clean. The room is spacious and cozy. It is very important for a traveler to come to a cozy place to recuperate. Large closet, long table. The bathroom is spacious. There are consumables, a hair dryer, lots of towels. There are storage spaces, you can conveniently place a vanity case and its contents. Shower in the bathroom, bed. Room cleaning every day. In the morning, an adult woman comes and cleans everything under the supervision of the hostess. Internet access via WiFi at a good speed. This accommodation option offers not only a bed, but also breakfast. For this, there is a dining room on the ground floor. In the dining room, there are three tables, a large buffet with various dishes, a table with snacks for breakfast and a refrigerator where you can put your food and a microwave in which you can heat them up. For breakfast, Milva will offer you scrambled Honestly, the overall impression is so good that I just don't want to remember the small shortcomings.

The facilities are clean and modern. It was convenient to be able to park inside the house. It was uncomfortable because the bathroom door was broken or did not close.

Cozy place. They had chocolates by the bed stand incase you needed a snack. Literally made my night since I was debating leaving for the supermarket for a snack. Super clean and host was very kind. Breakfast was good she cooked eggs and had all sorts of pastries.

Perfect place for me nearby of family members I wanted to visit. Really calm place. Nice garden. Small and familiar B&B. Room and bad room small, but modern. Was not harming me, but it might be releavant for others: You should have at least little italian language skills to communicate with the host (as mentioned in the description). You should have a car. And you should not have fear of dogs, since there are lot of dogs in the neighborhood (the host is having a small well-behaving dog).

It was more than lovely, host incredibly kind, everything clean and peaceful. It is beautiful.

She was a super host and takes care about every detail. It was appreciated the dessert for the breakfast. We had a very nice stay at her place.
