We loved the decor, the spacious apartment which was so perfectly designed.

Everything was first class, we enjoyed the restaurant where the surroundings, food and service was excellent. Jorge and Henrique are most attentive and helpful. At breakfast we were introduced to the owners who happened to be there at the same time. Wonderful people - wonderful experience! A lady at the reception desk could have been more friendly but she did her job okay.

The valet service at this hotel damaged my rental car and did not take any responsibility for it. I had the rental car for 20 hours or less, at least nine of them in the possession of this hotel. To my shock, I found this damaged when I returned the car.

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, staff was very friendly and helpful, room was very clean and smelled nice! Hotel in general looked very nice.
