Nothing The office closes early, too early. The vending machine doesn't work. The room stinks. (Humidity) The bed was very uncomfortable. Didn't see any bugs but I kept expecting to see some. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

Pool outside if had been warmer we would have used it. Convince of being local. Walked in something was on the rug. The bathroom was clean. The bathtub didn't work. The bed was hard as a rock no give whatsoever. You didn't even leave an indent when you sat on it.

Nothing The room was so dirty and smelly says go out back enjoy the creek but there was so much appliances and garbage it was awful

It’s a little run down and definitely needs updating but the room was clean and the staff was helpful. Biggest complaint would be the other guests hanging around outside the rooms smoking and playing music. The price is right for a quick overnight.

It’s a basic motel with no frills. The towel bar was pulled out of the bathroom wall and the TV remote was not totally synched with the TV. I had to manually adjust the volume on the TV but could change the channel with the remote. The carpet was worn but it was a clean room. Personally, I would not stay there again.

It was about what I had expected, a no frills bed for the night. Everything was fairly clean, just out dated and had a very used look and feel to it. The alarm clock worked but the outside case of the clock was largely cracked, looked like it may have been dropped in the past cracking it, probably should have been replaced some time ago. The clean filter light was on for the air conditioner from the start, but the air conditioner did work ok. The floor was somewhat gritty indicating that the floor may have been overlooked when cleaning. Otherwise all else was satisfactory for the price paid. The outside siding was very dirty and really needed a washing, looked like from neglect in general. And the side walk in front of the units were repaired but had the look of repair from a non professional, very roughly poured concrete, not smooth or professionally poured.

Convenient location. In the picture attached youll see what we saw uppon arrival. The First room they gave us wasn't prepped or cleaned prior to us getting there. We brought the desk attendant to our room to show them. They "upgraded" our room to the king bed which was bigger and "renovated" but probably hadnt been cleaned recently either. The comforter on the bed was very stained. Our second day of stay, our key card wouldn't open the door. The desk attendant was on lunch so another employee had to use a key to unlock the door. Another keycard was made for our room. Additionally, the bathroom vent didn't work, nor did the bathroom window, so the fire alarm was set off by the steam of the shower. Cheap quiet place to stay with no visible insects or rowdy neighbors, but will not be staying there again. Especially since other hotel/motels are similarly priced.

This place was never great quality but its been really neglected. There were cob webs in the room, stains on the rug and bed spreads. The bathroom sink had a crack with insufficient faucet water pressure. The cheap shower curtain clug to you when showering. The window sills were full of dirt and dead bugs. I will not stay there again and would not recommend it. The only plus was the location to restaurants and ATV riding but there are many other choices that are far better quality for the cost which are just as convenient as far as location.

Plenty of onsite parking for trailers . Easy access to atv trail
