Super 8 by Wyndham Gloucester

One of the worst places I have ever stayed. Rooms smell horrible and are dirty.

My body was itchy after unfortunately waking up in this place but we were soooo tired of driving almost 24 hours !!!!!! Please if you can avoid this place never ever EVER stay at “””SUUUUUUUPER unhealthy 8 !!!!!!!!

Our room had a fly in it when we checked in and it smelled terrible.

Dirty sink with brown marks Exposed wires on lamps Burn holes in blanket Broken drawers Toilet continuously ran with no toilet paper, half used roles of paper towels instead Moldy area around bottom of door and walls Disgusting tub/shower Broken/dirty light switches Missing bulbs from lamps Broken outlets The place was completely filthy, refused to give refund, I didn’t blame the worker because he is just earning a paycheck. This is absolutely ridiculous! We took pics of everything and turned into Wyndham. Just do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!!!

I walked in dirty sheets and pillows , no outlets worked and the remote had a lot of mold and moisture on it

Room we had looked nothing like pictures, it was way more outdated and not as nice. Entire hotel smells really bad like smoke. Lobby isn't open to enter, have to check in through a window.

The charged me more money

Had to check in by a little window because the lobby was closed but the staff was good for what it was. Not very clean. Nothing near by.

Location and right beside a gas station to get food and drinks if needed Lied about bfast being included, false advertisement, the inside room was busted at bathroom door, bed had burn marks in it, the chair in room was stained. They don’t tell you anything even in the app about a 40$ deposit that’s refunded, but I didn’t have that at check jn in I had to OVERDRAWL my account! :( I now owe my bank money(50$) every time I do a over draft charge even tho money refunded! ?? They neeed put that in the description, they need to say their bfast included is “coffee only” they don’t the room needs more clean like that chair, fix the door! It’s busted like someone treated kicking in door

It's not a bad place, the room itself was clean, the bathroom was clean. Theere is a RoyalFarms literally right next to the hotel if you want to get something to eat, get a drink a snack etc. The only downside is, and it's not mentioned if you book a room online, that there is an additional $40.00 charge. That applies no matter if you book online or in person at the hotel itself and the fee is also for any amount of time you stay, be it a single night or a week. The fee also applies to any payment type as well, cash, credit or debit card. You are refunded the money, but it would be nice to know ahead of time that there is a fee.

Room had no air condition, bed was in horrible condition ( holes and rips with bed filling torn out on both sides of the bed), blanket had what looks like burn holes all on it, toilet made constant filling noise, no detector, front door was very loose

Its a place to sleep behind a gas station with bad food . I don't recommend the hotel or the gas station chicken. The plus side it's literally a 5 minute drive to Lincoln field

The hallways and room smelled very intensely like cigarette smoke. The ice machine was broken and the television in the room wasn't working properly. Extremely bad experience.

Very clean and loved the retro styling

Still rough edges in dated hallways but all else is solid. Rooms were up to 4 star quality with recent upgrades like new floors and bath fixtures. Location is terrible for walking but great for road access to interstates and even downtown Philly. All Night supermarket next door. Surrounded by woods in a light industrial district. Safe and clean.

The room smelled like cigarettes, the internet didn't work well, and the sheets had blood on them. It was a very bad experience for me and my family. I want my money back!
