A very pleasant surprisingly nice room and the pool resort was very fun

The pool The way it’s set up
-
The property is in real need of updating and could be much cleaner. Tiny dirty hand towels were given out at the pool and garbage cans were overflowing with food smeared on the outside at breakfast each day.

We loved the modern rooms and great air conditioning. We loved the access to the hot springs and the ease of coming and going. We loved the easy close parking and the kindness of the staff! The breakfast was pretty good for an included breakfast, but it was a bit of a hike to get to the breakfast facility. It would have been fine if it hadn't been so hot outside during our stay, so nothing too big of a deal!

Stayed in Hotel 1888 which is the adults only side. Loved it and had the most relaxing few days after spending several days hiking. The river ride should open sooner and close later

Room Balcony and close to pool. Lots nice shops and restaurants in close proximity Arrived Tuesday Broken screen door on balcony They did fix on Thursday. A/C was noisy. But happy it worked. Pool was very pricy

We did have ac problem in one room but after calling the desk it was promptly fixed. Appreciated that. Breakfast was great Pricey

The hotel itself was nice, and the staff were polite. However, I was disappointed by the billing experience. When I made my reservation through Booking.com, the total price was clearly confirmed as including all taxes and fees. However, at check-in, I was charged a higher amount than the confirmed booking price. I showed the hotel staff my Booking.com confirmation, but they explained that their system displayed a different amount and were unable to resolve the issue. As a result, I had to contact Booking.com for assistance. I hope this was simply a misunderstanding between the hotel and Booking.com, but guests should be charged the price confirmed at the time of booking. I hope this issue is investigated and resolved so that future guests do not face the same problem.

the room itself was very small with little to no amenities. beds are stiff and uncomfortable. AC doesnt automatically turn on unless you request an additional fan for the room. bizarre. We stayed at a Comfort Inn for 1/5th the price and had a larger room with a better bed. Cost is pretty outrageous here as well

Hot spring pools were awsome! Parking adjacent to the hotel was limited, but adjacent parking was ok
-
The hot springs and Shoshone Chutes, comfortable mattress, quiet bathroom fans, gentle yet effective lighting in bedrooms, being seated for breakfast, sugar waffles, discount in gift shop for lodge guests, and that’s about it The room is small so it would be nice to have a narrow space between beds so there is space by the wall to get in and out of bed.

WE couldn't even check in. When we arrived the electricity was out and there was no service to the computer or any of the rooms. The whole reason for staying at this hotel was to access the hot springs pool across the street and it was also not accepting any guests because of the electrical outage. We waited about an hour but we had already driven 6 hours to get there and waiting any longer was impossible. The person at the front desk said that they would credit our account because they were unable to give us access. However, we are still waiting to receive the credit and they have been unresponsive to requests for a credit.
