I booked a room that said it sleeps 5 and was only given a room that was for 4. 5th person had to sleep on the floor. When we asked the front desk for an additional pillows and blanket we were told we would be uncharged $15 per pillow. Also, room looked nothing like the picture displayed when booking the online. Front desk lady gave a lot of attitude when we were trying to get some sort of sleeping situation for the 5th person. All around would never book at this hotel again as nothing was what it was advertised to be and the staff was very rude.

I felt like we were in a safe neighborhood We didn't try the breakfast. The hallway smelled like stale cigarettes. .

Air conditioner was not working properly

The AC was nice and cold. The location was near my house and had electricity. I lost my power and needed shelter. The front desk staff was nice. The bathroom floor was not cleaned. There were 2 red spots on one of the sheets. The loveseat needs to be replaced because the fabric was damaged.

Also, the Jacuzzi tub leaked a lot of water into the room.

I was surprised that the entire site (inside) was dated and did not meet modern standards. I had stayed in a Best Western a couple of days before, paid about the same and it was an entirely different experience. The BW offered a free breakfast and coffee available at all times. The staff was professional and a 50 inch tv. There were outlets for 120V as well as ports for charging devices. These were all over the room even in the wall sconces. There was a coffee maker with coffee choices of regular and caffeine free. The Days Inn, as far as I could see, didn't have coffee available anywhere. I could go on and on about what the amenities were but I think you have the idea. Now on to the items where the rooms were not up to par. I found unfinished and unpainted wood in the bathroom with paint drops on the tub and toilet. I was in a room for disabled patrons that had a very low toilet, extremely difficult to get on and off. The room was the furthest from the elevator. I had a broken foot at the time. The rooms looked like something out of the 1960s. Once again you get the idea. The one thing that said I wouldn't stay again was when I would call the Desk they answered with "Yes" and to my ears it seemed like a bother. My suggestion would be "Front Desk" and try not to sound like I was a problem. The owners of this location need to complete the renovation, clean up the items I have mentioned. I hope these comments help but I won't go to this DI location again. I will go to BW.

I will never recommend this place . The location and the staff was the worse experience I ever had

We had a terrible night. First, the air conditioning didn't work. We asked for help, but the staff member told us that was just how it was and that there were no other rooms available. She then brought out two dirty fans that looked like they belonged in the Paleolithic era. We told her we wanted a refund, and—as if by magic—a room suddenly became available. We went in, and my son and I—exhausted—took showers. Just as we were settling down to rest, my son screamed; there was a protruding piece of sheet metal on his bed. It cut him—not deeply enough to require stopping heavy bleeding, but enough that we had to wait for morning to find a pharmacy to treat the wound. In short, this is the last place I would ever stay again. A hotel from a horror movie.

Great stay!
-
When we needed to use the restroom there was a huge pile of crap in a broken toilet. No one at the front desk to assist. No communication or a way to track when cash deposits were left.
-
Good location, clean and good value for the price comfortable beds Thought it had a continental breakfast, but you didn’t thought I saw that on my booking site

I don't like that the lighting in there is not good. Its very dark still with the lights on.
