Great location for the venue I was attending in the Saturday . Spacious rooms . Fantastic shower pressure Staff were very helpful, pleasant and friendly. Ambient lighting made room quite dark No fridge in room. Breakfast was served promptly.food was hot.Adequate portions. Vegetarian breakfast Did not like the very large mushroom and tomato .They made the dish quite soggy. Sliced mushrooms and roasted tomatoes would be nicer addition .

We stayed here for the night before and the night of our wedding, the staff were amazing, the rooms were perfect and the run up to the stay was brilliant. Nothing we didn’t like about the property, we have stayed here before and will stay again. The staff were great and couldn’t fault them!

Staff, facilities and location Noise at 7 AM by delivery truck, that lasted almost one hour, two days in a row

The staff was super friendly, they went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Every single team member was so attentive throughout our entire stay, in particular the reception and bar staff. The breakfast experience was rather disappointing, especially considering the significant cost. The continental selection was quite limited. We were informed by reception that breakfast would be available until 11:30 AM, and as we arrived at 10:30 AM, this may have contributed to the perceived decline in quality.

It was close enough to Buchanan Street but off the beaten path so it was quiet. Jack’s Bar was fantastic! The bartenders were top notch and the food was excellent. Breakfast was also very well done.
