This was a very good location for an event we were attending. Property is well maintained and clean. The room is very small with very little desk space and a small bathroom. The towels were also very small compared to most hotels. Main thing was the value for money; we stayed here for the convenient location but for what you get, including an ok but not cooked breakfast, it’s really not worth the money.

Great hotel. Perfect location for exploring west end of Glasgow. No problems, everything was fine

Great location. Comfy beds and choice of pillows. Unfortunately it did not live up to expectations or reviews. The room was straight off the main hall and was not private. You could hear people outside the room at reception and I have no doubt they could hear us. Agree with previous comments that the room was tired. It was clean on the surface, but there were big dirty footprints all over the bathroom, the skirting boards were covered in dust and hair, the carpet could do with a clean, there are marks all over the walls and the grout and shower fittings were dirty. For the price at a "4 star boutique hotel" you expect it to be cleaned thoroughly. It felt like style over substance, for example, the very cool kettle is so big you can't easily fill it in the tiny sink. I was concerned that the computer in reception is left on and unattended all the time. You can see all the guests names and room numbers as you walk past. As the computer is unlocked, I suspect anyone can access and see guest information and I think the hotel should be more careful with guest data. The breakfast was nice enough but for almost £200 per night it is a bit basic. The coffee was dire. For me this is not a 4-star hotel and there are probably better cheaper options in the vicinity. This was meant to be a treat and unfortunately it did not live up to expectations.

Its position and the lovely rooms A plug hear the big mirror

The location was ok Right by reception and could hear on arrival other guests very upset about something in their room (insects?) and hotel response being very poor. No air con and loud music venue nearby till late, so with windows open was disturbing. Room very small and tired linen.

Breakfast was really good. Really friendly staff at breakfast. Loved the record player in the room and the decor! Just being slight picky but could do with seal changed in the shower. But it really is nothing

I liked the The location and the pictures of the room before I booked it. The pictures looked great but the attention to detail was lacking, had a dirty glass, dirty chair, marks in the headboard and towels, spoke with staff after and got an AI generated response that basically shunned me, no gesture or real apology, the luxury room wasn’t luxury for me.

Beautiful property with a unique feel, I booked a year ago and was not disappointed with the room. The location was great, right in amongst the hustle and bustle of Finneston and a 10mins walk to the Exhibition Centre and train station. Not too far out from the main centre but far enough for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Maybe a fan for hot days? But really couldn’t fault it.
