הבריכה החדשה נחמדה ונעימה החדרים על הפנים, הניקיון לוקה בחסר, האסלה שבורה וחורקת, הכיור סדוק, הלול שסיפקו לילדה נשבר באמצע הלילה כשהסתובבה, בחדר היה כורי עכביש ועש האוכל במבחר אבל רובו לא טעים

The pool is very nice, and the rooms are decent. The staff wasn’t friendly, and also the rooms weren’t clean.

The staff was very helpful, we received a room that had bad smell, and immediately they changed the room and even upgraded us to a room with a better view

This kibbutz hotel is on Lake Tiberius so there are spectacular views. The rooms are modern and spacious with lots of attractive light wood accents and balconies with sweeping views. We did full board and the food was so plentiful, varied and delicious - a true feast. The management was very helpful and attentive. Our grandchildren were excited to go on an open bus tour of the kibbutz to see the banana groves and the milking area, where they met 1-day old calves. There was also free entertainment for hotel guests on Friday night, following the spectacular dinner buffet and kids entertainment on Saturday.

When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Yoram, the property manager who bent over backwards to be helpful. He touched base with us a discreetly, few times during our stay, to be sure all our needs were met regarding lodging and food -which they were. It is a beautiful hotel in a very special location, directly located on the banks of Lake Tiberius. Their buffet style meals were fantastic - better than the top Las Vegas hotel buffets. Appetizing, varied, fresh, healthy!!!

Excellent hotel all around. The staff was superb. The manager, Yorem, went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. The front desk was equally friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful and the restaurant is outstanding. This is a must for anyone visiting the area. Frankly, the entire stay was excellent.

The hotel is located on the shore of the Sea of Galilee and the surrounding environment is stunning. The staff were amazingly helpful and kind demonstrating a high level of professionalism. The room was delightful with all the extras, including a bottle of wine. The living area and the dinning room were extremely clean and very well kept. Yoram was excellent and inquired all the time if we needed something or just to check to see that everything was alright. All the staff answered our questions and were helpful in every way possible. There are many paths to walk on along the coast and the Museum of Yigal Alon is just minutes walking distance. The entire area is full of history both modern and ancient and very interesting. The food was more than excellent...it was superb!!! We enjoyed a very wide range of dishes at both breakfast and dinner in the central dinning room. Here too the staff were above and beyond being good...they were excellent. All in all, the hotel is a 10 in all the categories and is very very much recommended to both individuals and groups. A wonderful stay and worth the value. Excellent!!! Everything was perfect.
