The whole facilities in this hotel is fantastic . Very well maintained . Room condition was very clean . Mini bar was complimentary All ok ...Nothing seems like to add in to be better . Maybe the parking facilities to be more accurate as when I came in after dinner around 10pm ,,,,the indication shown was FULL at the parking entrance ...but I took a risk entering and finaly was a space in the parking area ( P3 )

Staff, near food and sites. Very walkable. Cleaning every day. Soap provided. I wish they had a fridge ! They have water and hot water which is great. But it is hot here! I wish I could have cold water!

The staff are kind welcoming, able to assists, location is good in the middle of George town, where every spots are at walking distance. I am more relaxed if the hall way every corner of the house has poster that states "No loud noise in the middle of the night" along with that all guest must be verbally informed that avoid walking so loud on the floor", and there is a "MICE" which roaming around the house and eat my coffee powder and other food packaging. i hope this concern will highlight the issue of the Guest House, to provide better service to the new arriving guest.

The location is amazing, and all the famous food spots are reachable in walking distance. The bus station is also 350m away making it easy to roam around the city. The room is very spacious, well lit and there are separate spaces for the toilet and shower making getting ready more efficient for 2 people. The bed is big enough for a six foot person. The ceiling is high giving it an airy breezy feel. The interior looks so adorable. The reception is very friendly and helpful. They were kind enough to lend us a first aid kit when I had a cut on my knee from a fall The shower head keeps falling when you try to shower and the window shutters are not maintained. No sound proofing and the blanket is small for two people

Room was comfy, staff were very friendly. It had a nice cafe to relax in even after check out. Location was excellent and central. I booked the single room expecting a window based on pictures, but the window was bolted shut during my stay.

Check in was terrible. I had to wait for 40min before being able to check in because the reception was locked. They had indicated a number to call (hanged out) incase of this. I could hear it ringing inside at the reception desk. When he eventually showed up, he was so rude.

Rope walk Guest House is a very nice place to stay in George Town, within walking distance from everything and with a nice atmosphere. Would reccomend! The staff wasn't that friendly
