Bilik selesa untuk 2 orang. Breakfast disediakan cukup untuk mulakan aktiviti harian. Layanan staff pun terbaik.

Staff is helpful Rooms are not clean, towels have lipstick and residual. Bathroom was dirty. Sinks were not cleaned. Rooms were very small.

The location was really good for exploring George Town. A bus stop was nearby. The staff were really helpful. The rooms were a lot smaller than the photos show. We had premier rooms but they were still very small and one of our rooms had a large pillar in the middle of it. Breakfast was Asian style but hardly had any fruit.

The breakfast is beyond terrible, and quite frankly a disgrace in the food capital of the world, but there are plent of delicious options around the hotel.

The location is wonderful. I had a room with a window as free upgrade because I stayed a week which I thought was very thoughtful. Charging points right by the bed. Hot powerful shower. Was great. The only thing would be the cleaning times. 4 times out of 6 the cleaner came after I’d been out all day and I wanted to sleep. After the 4th time he did ask me what time I’d prefer and came when I was out the next day.

It’s work in progress hence there is few things that needs to be taken care of overall for the price in between George Town this is a big hit Bathroom is beautiful I love that they have strict no pet or no durian or no smoking policy Can improve a bit on the breakfast as there is not much options Just coffee and bread and one local dish and eggs Could add some pastries and some more options on coffee and few more breakfast dishes if your from other side of Asia there is nothing as some people would not prefer rice for breakfast

Breakfast was basically Malaysian and location of hotel is just behind the food streets Room is too small, no space, no laundry in hotel, ramp to carpark too narrow and may damage vehicle during ingress or egress. Parking lots in carpark very confusing and difficult to do any turns.

Excellent location, this is really close to the major attractions in Georgetown. The room and washroom are small but in good shape Wifi is poor, requires logging and often drops and the breakfast is very poor

Hôtel correct mais rien d’exceptionnel. Moyen niveau propreté, très bruyant jusqu’à minuit (nombreux karaoké en bas de l’hôtel. Chambre voisine très bruyante également.
