The location of the hotel is Perfect. Close to all the popular attractions and easy to get to from the ferry The tv was difficult to operate and they didnt clean the rooms but I am not sure if they have that service

The hotel is in the central and it’s convenient to walk around. Many famous restaurants and coffee shops is near by it. The items in the room is basic for a short stay. It’s worth with the price. The staffs is friendly to help anything.

We coming for a quick travel, 2 nights stay are satisfying for us. Room interior is clean and simple, good location in the downtown, convenient to going around just by walk.

Clean, comfortable and well-equipped property. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location in beautiful Georgetown. Walking distance to many great restaurants and tourist areas. Easy to get a Grab to other locations.

Elevator broken and had been for a while. Someone carried my bags up for me though good because I am disabled. Towels leave a layer of fuzz all over you. Hard bed and poor pillows. Tricky getting to toilet in room because it's behind the door which can't fully open. Almost fell because of the lip in the shower you have to walk through to get to it. Annoying. Something I read said rooftop deck but is only for employees now.

Free water supply. Comfortable and good air con Lift was out of order for the duration of our stay. The water from the electric shower was barely warm. The fire exit door had to be used to access rooms and was open to the street all day long so anyone could walk in.

Cozy room in a great location, twenty-minute walk from the ferry terminal and right in the middle of bustling, historic George Town. Friendly receptionist and cute cat living just outside the property. The elevator was broken during the day during our stay, so we had to walk our bags up and down. May be fixed during others' stays.
