Clean and good view need to put a board for people using wheelchairs to be able to get up to the entrance. Just advice

THe room itself was actually quite good for the price .. wi fi bed comfortable and warm floor in bathroom No real facilities for food except the machine. Also as some one next door had smoked they fumigated the area with camphor which came into my room awful.. But they let the window open , installed a clean air cleaner and soon everything was much better.. The response to my concern was immediate !! If looking for a great value hotel downtown or going to Alter Domus ZOOM was OK excellent value

It was that comfortable, that when I went for a quick nap at 11am, I didn’t wake up til 9pm! I was only here for one night so when I arrived to drop off my luggage, they said my room was ready so I thought, perfect, I’ll juice the phone and have a quick nap! But beware - the bed is very comfortable!! The bathroom is great, the room is great with a great big desk, plenty of space for me, friendly staff, it’s fantastic!

Location was great, hotel was clean and housekeeping really cool. Water pressure and air conditioning were great too. Wifi connection. It was really really bad for my room - either really slow or not even connecting. Was wondering could it be room was situated at back corner. Told the reception, check was done but nothing could be done. Solution offered was to top up so that I can move out of that room - bcos that was the only floor and room with that particular configuration!! So they wanted me to pay extra so that I can use the wifi that was stated usable in booking?! Btw, this room type is only available on the 2nd floor and there's no chair inside the room. So if you are buying food back, be ready to eat standing up or sitting on bed/floor.

Good clean room, with fridge and A/C working fine. Great location, near enough from city centre. Easy to get a Grab from there. Quiet area, with restaurants ans mini markts near. Nothing to note, really.
