Room space n cleanliness Towels worn out need to be replaced with new ones.

Staff and reception are accommodating on top of its good and central location. Next to a laundry, has a cafe, near the bus terminal/mall. Has a security staff outside so it’s safe to walk at night. Decent wi-fi connection, room is at the end of the hallway snd is quiet except for the street noise/mosque sounds. Nearby Kimberley where the street foods are at. Thank you! The bathroom floods when you’re taking a bath. Thankfully the staff is accommodating and provided us with all we need. Hotel needs refurbishing (drainage and furniture). Looking forward to this hotel to be renovated in the future.

Spacious room, nice bed but can do with a change of the mattress. Cupboard for hanging clothes. Desk n small fridge. Lumpy mattress, towers needs to be replaced as they are worn out n rough.

Location near to Georgetown area, with walking distance to a lot of great food, old buildings. Also opposite is KOMTAR which can conveniently find a number of money changer, 99SpeedMart convenience store. Booking a vehicle via Grab is also quick and convenience because this is a tourist spot and many driver around. none

Location and Staff The facility is just old. Rooms are so small. No amount of cleaning will take away the stuffy smell. The bathroom that was given to us was just so small.

This hotel is a great choice for travelers who value location, convenience and easy on the pocket. The hotel is centrally located, just across the road from Komtar and Prangin Mall, making it incredibly easy to get around. My bus stopped right at the Komtar terminal, and from there, it was just a short walk across the busy road to the hotel. The Rapid Penang bus terminal is also in Komtar, which made local transportation simple and accessible. There are plenty of eateries nearby, so finding food was never a problem — everything was just a stone’s throw away. The hotel itself is no-frills, so don’t expect amenities like a pool or lounge, but it’s clean enough, comfortable, and very functional. You'll feel safe staying there. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay pleasant. The check-in and check-out were a breeze. If you're looking for a budget-friendly place with a prime location and helpful service, this is definitely worth considering. There are a few areas where improvements could be enhanced. Adding an in-room safe would help guests feel more secure with their valuables, and a small bar fridge would be a useful addition for storing drinks or light snacks. The standard rooms are quite compact and may not be comfortable for two people, so potential guests should be made aware of this when booking. I also noticed a slight odor in the toilet, which suggests that housekeeping or plumbing could be reviewed. Be aware that the toilet/bathroom floor will get wet when you bath as the shower curtain does a bad job of keeping the water in. Lastly, the hotel lacks a dedicated business centre, which might be a drawback for those traveling for work. Lack of parking or waiting space is a BIG drawback. A vehicle stopping to pick me up from the kerbside will stop all traffic from passing.

Location was great There were roaches in our room. We told the staff at time of check out and they didn’t seem to be too surprised.

Location is definitely awesome. We walked around the area to go for nice meals. Staffs were friendly and helpful especially Fridaus managing front desk on the day we checked it. The guard and housekeeper also very friendly and helpful. The furniture in the room needs to be upgraded as condition is not good. Room lights were dimmed which will be better if all is white lights

Checking in and out was a breeze. Close by to eateries. Room is a bit small/cramp for two person (with luggage).
