The hotel location is best. Staff is very friendly. Facility of the hotel also good. Bedsheet quilt cover a little bit dirty. There are some water marks and stains on it.

Very clean room, room complete with ironing board hair dryer,mini fridge and staff are helpful and friendly. The only drawback is the toilet bowl shakes and are not safe.

The location has easy access to food, either by walking or by Grab. It provide ample of parking and it is well lit and safe at night. It is simple but everything you need, from iron, iron board, hair dryer, towel, toiletries, water, water boiler, TV and fridge. It is definitely clean. The toilet bowl behind was leaking and has a pool of water. I could hear clearly all the sound from the corridor.

Cleanliness is my top concern which Hotel 19 done a great job maintaining it. No a big issue on the parking arrangement to validate in Victoria Hotel concierge.

Room - very good. Breakfast - not applicable. Location - superb. Room includes fridge and coffee-making facilities. No hot water at the bathroom sink. In the shower? Yes! Would like the room to have a safe.

Good location to walk to street art and street food. Very near the bus station and ferry port. Room was nice in size and cleanings Dry and wet area in bathroom.. The room was not ready at 15.00 and the staff was not helping. There was no room for baggage storage. Staff able to speak English very little. Far from supermarket.
