This was one of the cleanest, friendliest places we have ever stayed in. The staff was amazing. We had one problem, the minute I called front desk, maintenance was there before I had barely given the message. Will not hesitate to return.

The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean, and my stay was comfortable. I received a text message checking in on me and to let them know if I needed anything. I love the hotel is located right by the interstate. If you want to eat out there are several restaurants by the hotel. A staff person always spoke to me when I was leaving to go out and on my return. I will stay here again when I am in the area.

Have stayed here many times but this time diminished my thoughts on this property. It took forever to check in part to there being nobody at the front desk for over 7 minutes after our arrival and then issues with their front desk computers "acting up". Credit card machine was also malfunctioning. Water pressure in room was almost nonexistent. Air conditioner was put on 69 but still didn't cool the room. At two separate times when either leaving or arriving back to the hotel during our stay, the front desk clerk was outside on her phone, smoking a cigarette. At check out, lady at the front desk could not more disinterested in our stay, was looking down when I turned in our keys and could barely muster the words "thank you". Never asked me anything about our stay. Will consider other options next time in the area.

I only stayed one night but everything from the check-in process to the check-out process was fantastic! The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The hotel looks beautiful and I would definitely stay again.

Great staff. Everyone friendly and helpful. Shout-out to Franklin, the manager who helped me sort out a billing issue related to my reservation.

It seemed the waitress was late but the food and chef were on time and in good order. Total change in character for such a nice place we have gone to for years. The gym was adequate for a little work out but the water machine was not hooked up.

Very nice staff and nice hotel!

I enjoyed the cleanliness, beautiful decor, and ambiance of the lobby area. Room was clean and spacious enough for 4 adults and all of our luggage. Breakfast was very good and well stocked with a wonderful variety of breakfast items both hot and cold. Your breakfast staff was polite, professional, and quiet. The breakfast staff was attentive to our needs. Eating/lounge area was clean and table set up was a nice touch. Lit firepit and seating area lent a relaxing and inviting feel. At check in, front desk receptionist did not notice I had purchased the room with breakfast. She neglected to provide the vouchers for both mornings. On departure morning, I was disappointed the breakfast layout was not ready promptly at 7am. This affected our timeline for traveling. In addition, the countertop on which the juices, cereals, and yogurt were to be placed upon had not been wiped down from the day before. Finally, as lovely as the bathroom was in our room, it would've been more efficient if the shower glass doors were frosted to provide some privacy and allow another person to use the sink at the same time.

The power was out and they did the best to get everybody in the rooms.
