Muy caro para lo que Brindan infravalorado el lugar

Omg what fun this hotel is! We stay once a year and it never disappoints!!! The restaurants and bars are amazing and fun and the swim up bar and pool are always our favorite! I highly recommend and will always return! They are so kind and helpful. From check in to check out!

Enjoyed the outdoor pool & bar a lot
-
The beds are horrible for the price you pay for the stay. Some of the lights didn't work and we left a note but nothing was done.
-
Staff was rude, the outdoor pool bar was horribly packed with loud drunk people who kept getting served alcohol even though they were intoxicated. The room service took way too long and the room was just not clean as expected.
-
I love the swim up bar. It is sectioned off for 21 and up only!

While we enjoyed the stay, for the most part, the hotel is quite pricey. The pool was great and a nice place to hang around. The room was nice, though the noise from next door was too easily heard and disturbing at night. The sound insulation definitely needs to improve. Check in was okay, but our room wasn’t ready in time, which was inconvenient. Our coffee maker in the room didn’t work and we needed to have it replaced. There was an extra “resort fee” charged for an already pricey room and overnight valet parking was also pricey. While the property was good overall, the cost and being nickel and dimed left a bad taste and impression.

Pool is terrible. No chiller and the water is hot. Also the pool is cloudy and and SLIMMY. Soo much sun tan lotion. IDK how you can do it but get the walk up bar people to use the restroom instead of peeing in the pool. Food and staff are absolutely amazing!

Great place for the pool and food!
-
Es un hotel muy antiguo q no incluye nada Todo lo tienes q costear por tu cuenta y además q el hotel no está en buenas condiciones

Our stay was good, staff was very helpful and polite. Room was clean, but not an ideal location by the elevators . Not quiet at night time . Pool was nice, very crowded at one point.
-
Beautiful property and worth the money!

We will definitely be staying here again!

Our room and bathroom also did not feel properly cleaned, and although staff told us they would move us to another room when one became available, that never happened. Service was another major issue. We requested a toothbrush to be brought to the room, waited, followed up, and were eventually told it had simply been forgotten. We had to go downstairs ourselves to get it. Unfortunately, that level of inattentiveness reflected much of our experience. For a resort with La Concha’s reputation and price point, I expected much better. Between the construction noise, cleanliness concerns, poor follow-through, and disappointing service, this stay fell far below expectations and took away from what was supposed to be a relaxing and special trip.

This was the best resort I’ve ever stayed in the U.S! It made me feel like I was in Mexico with the amazing pool area. The breakfast in bed was amazing and the room was nice and clean, not a single complaint! Will definitely be back!
-
Very pricey at the restaurants. Jacuzzi had debris, dirt and leaves in it every night we were there…kind of hard to relax when you’re pushing away stuff in the water. Hotel rooms are outdated.
-
Conveniently located near a variety of restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean, and comfortable with beautiful ocean views.
