Turns out I had stayed her previously a few years ago. The hotel is located close to a lot of stores and restaurants. It was clean and the staff was friendly. They had a good selection of breakfast food. Will stay here again on my return trip.

The parking spots are too narrow for modern vehicles, especially trucks and SUVs or people who can't park straight.

They do attend to needs! There was no do not disturb sign when I checked in so I had someone clean the room and didn’t need it. Not a big deal, and the phone didn’t work I will update if they did fix that issue.
