Hotel location was good and well cleaned. Staff was very coperative, Breakfast option were very less compared to other Toyoko Inn. Room size was less, no separate space for luggage.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very well situated near the station for easy connection. The breakfast was not amazing but good and very appreciated as we were up and out early to catch a train after our check out.

Location good, breakfast pretty good. Staff very friendly. How to use the car parking. When i arrived, i circled the hotel block twice trying to find the hotel car parking. I didn't feel right to simply leave the car in the hotel entrance way while I checked in. I later learned that the hotel staff guide you to the car parking bay within the hotel building itself. I settled for a paid parking area nearby for overnight, but it came out to be very cheap anyway so I wasnt unhappy with how it turned out. Perhaps the staff dont mind customers occupying the entrance for a short time, I dont know.

Nothing The front desk wouldn’t even let us get the key 30mins before check in time and it was slow cause nobody go’s to Fukushima.

The staff were friendly and the location was excellent, just a minute or two walk from the station. Room size was good and all the usual amenities were available. Some of the wallpaper was peeling away in places, and sharp nails were semi exposed. We had a 4 year old daughter, and though she was fine, it was an odd thing to see and a mild concern which should have been necessary. The breakfast was okay, but with the space limitations from corona but the same number of people trying to eat, the dining space was a little cramped.
