Not shuttle bus in the afternoon only morning.

Very nice stay and the dinner was very good. The best part is the location, near the hotel is a park which has amazing views of Mount Fuji if you go early in the morning (zero tourists too ;))

As someone who has experienced traditional Japanese ryokan dinners before, I felt that the meal here was slightly adapted to Western tastes. We also booked the room with the bathtub. In the past, when I’ve stayed in ryokans and booked rooms with a private bath, it was more like having a private onsen. Here, it was simply a regular bathtub. It was still nice, but a little disappointing since we were expecting something different.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is great with nice views on the lake and mountain Upon checking-in, we were informed that the private Onsen will be free with our booking, so we booked it twice thinking it was very, however upon checking out i got surprised that they charged us for both times we used the private Onsen (wasn’t expensive though)

This is a wonderful and relaxing hotel. The food was so thoughtful and incredibly artistic for how nutritious it was. We enjoyed walks along the lake nearby and how close it was to Mount Fuji. I am hoping to return sometime as it was one of my favorite stops in Japan.
-
Great location infront of the lake and park. The onsen was quite good. Rooms are very rustic. Sleeping on yoga like mattresses on the floor. No night lamps. Breakfast was served without choice, not to our liking.
-
Great views of Mt Fuji. Restaurant’s on site breakfast and dinner is excellent. Kind of remote and away from city.

The views from the hotel room were amazing

I liked how kind the staff was. The traditional food was fun to try. I liked the open air baths. We had to check in very late due to a typhoon. It was non-refundable. Otherwise we would have tried for a different date. I was disappointed that we didn't get much time there due to things out of our control. We would have liked to enjoy it more. We couldn't see Mt. Fuji out of our Fuji View room due to the weather as well.
-
Staff were very helpful The hotel is a bit outdated and the onsen was small and not what we expected and saw in the pictures. There was no view of the lake nor the mt Fuji.

Loved the views and the onsen was so relaxing! Will return again! Carpeting and bathrooms were old. Bathroom had strong odor. In general bathroom was clean and staff was very attentive!
-
Loved the Mt. Fuji view with a private onsen! The bathroom wasn't super clean, but the overall stay was amazing! I would suggest explaining the kaiseki meals to guests since we were not sure how to start and when to eat certain dishes.
-
Wonderful hotel with incredible views of Mt Fuji and the lake. Friendly and helpful staff, clean room and onsen, good location, perfect views!
-
The Fuji terrace was great, the onsen was nice and clean, the parking lot was close and free and easy to access. The property needs a little refreshing.
-
Exceptionally clean, very helpful staff, good food. Awesome views and great a onsen.
-
Amazing Fuji view from the room! Located beside very cozy park with sacira trees and mountain view. Also you can see Fuji from oncen. Hotel bit tired in style, there is no place like bar where to sit on terrace.

Everything was perfect except from the staff part I love the view from the open air bath. This place made me fall in love with sauna Staff didnt give hands about the luggage. They only brought them to the car. I’m not sure if i could expect some help there.

Nice Fuji view in the room and easy to go. Great restaurant suggestion by hotel staff. Nothing

Location was perfect, quiet and peaceful but just a short walk to restaurants and sites. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was not made to feel like a criminal because I have tattoos. I was able to use the onsen, which has a beautiful view of Mount Fuji, and there was a private onsen that I could have booked as well. I very much enjoyed the breakfast, which was a good value since the nearby restaurants seemed to have limited hours. Green tea was provided in the room but I would have liked coffee, either in the room or in the lobby. Yukata were provided to us, but we could have used more than one towel per person, especially since we also needed to use our room towels for the onsen.
