Awesome experience

Great place! Staff amazing! It is connected to Stonebrier Malll which is a great mall. Area is wonderful! Have stayed there about 10 times . Don’t hesitate book it!

Clean room and comfortable and close to everything else around

Room was clean, staff was courteous and helpful. Lots of shopping and places to eat for a nice night out.

Great stay will now be my new place when I’m in the area.

Reception staff was wonderful, Smiley the bar tender was amazing and the part was included and easy. The only negative was a seemly random extra $20 per night fee.

Consistently clean, modern, and comfortable. Very convenient location connected to the mall and with great shopping around.

Check-In Experience - they found our reservation and gave the room we booked so no issues. They did ask if we were celebrating anything, which we responded about our anniversary, but then the staff didn't follow up in any way afterward which was weird, why bother asking? No haopy anniversary note, free coffee, room upgrade, nothing. Room - The room was well decorated but dim, the linens were scratchy and the towels were thin. The bathroom vanity mirror didn't work and the bathroom outlet was broken so getting ready was a bit of a challenge but fine. The bathroom could have been cleaner but was better than the lobby bathroom which was straight out of a horror film. Breakfast- Breakfast was included with our stay. The buffet included dry pastries, a few hot pans, cereal and oatmeal. They did have custom omelets (though they got both of our orders wrong) and Belgian waffles (but 1 of the 2 was burnt). After confirming the breakfast was included and checking out they then charged us $82 for said breakfast... yes ... $82 for a bad basic breakfast for 2. I have yet to receive an email with proof they will refund it despite being told by 2 separate people that they will email an invoice of refund "right away". Overall it was fine but they did not make our anniversary a special experience and we will go elsewhere next time.
