Loved the location and that the hotel felt new in most areas. Planned to go sit in the bar area but never went down due to being busy in the city but it seemed so nice. The hotel didn't have any weird smells, even smelled new! Bed linen were clean and super comfy! Hotel was quiet no screaming kids or barking dogs! I can't get over the location and convivence to everything. This is the best option for the value! Housekeeping didn't come to clean the room or change/bring fresh towels. The pool was dirty. They should invest in an automatic cleaner vs just the brush, you can see the algae at the bottom of the pool all in one area. Also the signs about diarrhea in the pool scared me and made me wonder what has previously happened in this pool so I got out immediately lol.

This was a family friendly place however, being one that despises eating out I cooked my own food. For our next visit I will reserve a room with a kitchenette if available. The refrigerator was super small and didn't get as cold as it should've. onky the refrigerator everything else was ok.

The guestrooms, bathrooms and showers were all very good. VERY difficult time registering due to booking through a 3rd party. Manager had to hold my bags until I got back from dinner so they could call 3rd party (Booking.com) and approve my reservation and pricing. The Starbucks coffee and a muffin was very expensive. I had issues logging onto the WiFi in my guestroom.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their excellent customer service made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The room and all common areas were spotless, and it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority. I really appreciated the comfortable, clean environment and the attentive service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

We have stayed here four times in the last month!! The staff is amazing and super helpful! The rooms are extremely clean!! Great location if you are visiting frisco medical city!! Great area with lots of restaurants and things to do!!

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

This was the best Marriott Courtyard we've ever stayed. The property is pristine & the staff are very helpful. Would recommend 10/10.
