very nice, comfortable place to stay.

I had to change my baby she told me I couldn’t I told her I have a room booked here she said well I’m not checking you in and stated I couldn’t get a refund. Remind you I’m not from VA I traveled with my son 8 hours from NY She went to the back room and never came out I was so confused and frustrated I called the police they came and was very helpful they said they get calls all the time from people when there trying to check in I explained my issue they went in talked to her and said “can you get her off my property and that I was TRESPASSING!” The officers came out told me what she said I stated I just wanted my refund they gave me a card for my report and told her to refund my money! I’m calling a lawyer it was horrible the I had to find another room that took 4 hours to do

Food was okay. However, there was a shortage of many food items.

Very minimal breakfast. Keeps you alive. Noisy but efficient on and off AC but other than that, fully furnished with normal size fridge and stove top. Very clean, very friendly staff!

Place was a disgrace. We traveled all the way there on a long road trip. Had a reservation that was already PAID for. When we arrived at 9:30pm the receptionist said they overbooked and had no rooms. What? I had a receipt, paid in full. She said sorry, call this number. Took another 2 days of frustrating calls to even get my money back! Insane. Place was dirty and in a not so great location anyway. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Breakfast a bit wanting Otherwise - great value

The lady that met us at the desk was very rude. She told us we could not check in and did not even say hello or nothing. She acted like she was mad about something. When we came back later another employee was very rude . She demanded a credit card to cover my stay. And I do mean she demanded it and not a polite response way. We also asked her for the other girls name and she said that they did not give names of employees. Not even their first name. Both employees acted like they were mad they had to wait on us. Then I asked her for a couple of extra pillows. My wife has a knee replacement and had to prop her leg up at night. She told me they don’t give any extra pillows. That is the first hotel I ever stayed in they refuse to give extra pillows. Your customer service sucked. I am also going to called the head office of the corporation . That is not way to run a hotel.

This place was convenient. However, I will not be coming back. I was almost deniedny reservation based on my first and last name. There was blood stains on the pillow case which made the night sleeping miserable. Only to leave out with someone painting a room door one door away. The elevator is questionable. Wont be returning again.

Asked for extra pillows because my husband had surgery and needed to be elevated. Was informed that was not allowed. Had to go out and buy pillows.

Amazing and easy

They charged me the authorization hold instead of a pending authorization on the day of check in when the girl literally said “it’s just a hold not a charge” like most hotels do . I called my bank and they stated that it was a charge not a hold . When i called them out on it , they told me there was nothing they could do until the weekday and to contact guest services. To me that’s absolutely insane ! Then not one housekeeper came to replace anything ! I checked out two days early because no way

Nice stay, very comfy and clean.

Worst hotel stay of my life. Property is clean and great location but they need to hire new management and staff. I was trespassed from the property for checking out of a hotel late and had the front desk woman hold the door open while I was changing my clothes and said “ I will hold it open until you leave.” I’m a polite person and communicated with them to be harassed for no reason. I called and the manager said that was normal policy and hung up on me in the middle of explaining the situation and a calm and respectful manner. The police mentioned they are famous for this and apologized as the staff is “crazy”. Steer clear !

The TV didn’t work. The shower didn’t get hot. I asked the front desk about it when checking out and the night before and they said they couldn’t do anything when checking out. The woman cussed at me and told me I was trespassed from the property

Clean room perfect stay!

Room was clean. It had a humid feel even though the air was running. Bedding was comfortable but lightweight. The elevator was very shaky and freaked me out the first ride. Grab and go breakfast is only served till 9:30. I’m sure they told me that but adding so others don’t miss

Clean and very convenient Security deposit wasn’t told to me until I got there 250/dmv area license 150 everyone else

Employees were helpful

The staff seemed dismissive and not wanting to be bothered. House keeping was very nice and professional.
