Breakfast and Dinner is included. Its not great on its own but the fact that it is cheap and included makes the complaints irrelevant as it was 5000 yen a night with breakfast and dinner.

The quality of the meals should be revised

Superb

The bed was huge and the hotel was quiet. Hasn't been updated since the Showa period. Teeny tiny selection for breakfast. And the women's bath was under construction so one of the main reasons I chose this hotel became useless.

I liked that there was breakfast and dinner included in the fee and it was walkable from Okayama station and Aeon mall. Spacious even for just one person. Good value for money since meals are included The large bath for women was under renovation so I didn’t get to use it. I had a smoking room since there were no rooms left and the room was stinky, I tried to open the window and the handle was so dusty. Table wasn’t wiped properly. Cleanliness definitely needs to improve. Hair dryer was weak.

Robe looked nice. All the things were decent. It was neither good or bad. Vibes were totally off with this one. But Food was really decent and you get both dinner and a breakfast so overall it was good for a budget hotel. Made me feel a little claustrophobic. Tiny bit dirty.

The staff are lovely and polite. This hotel is NOTHING like the photos. It is dreadful. Dirty. Old. It should be closed. It is not even safe. booking.com should be ashamed to list it.

Staff was helpful The walls had some strange splashes, very old looking, bathroom wasn’t too pleasant either. The food was not worth it, better to get your meal at the konbini outside. Meatballs and noodles from the dinner the day before for breakfast, among other things. The coffee was horrid as well.

Good value for a money, a private room with bathroom as well as an included traditional japanese dinner and breakfast worth trying. Walking distance from the train station, convenience stores are nearby. Not the most modern, but still comfy. Be sure to be punctual, as they seem to have quite rigid rules.

Great location! Near main train station, shopping malls, high street, restaurants, izakayas, karaoke, etc but located in a very quiet side street. Delicious dinner and breakfast included. Excellent half board rates!! Friendly staff members (Japanese hospitality is the best!) Lifts available inside the building (NO lift access from street to the main lobby/reception) Street level access via hotel’s restaurant. The main lobby is on a lower level and it’s only accessible by a small sets of stairs. But once inside, there are lifts to all floors. Rooms kind of old but totally functional.

Good

The taste is not bad and they prepare good japanese breakfast with soup, salad and fruits together with the main course. This s the old hotel since we only stayed for one night is okay with us. Many complain about the hotel condition, but it is fair enough and you can not expect everything as we wish with the price they offer, you get what you pay. They only need to clean up the room better than before. The room is so dusty, cold and our bedroom has no light.

Cheap, near the station, dinner and breakfast included. The bed clothes were torn, had holes and were help together with tape. They need to buy new sheets and futon covers.
