It was quiet location and very close to the centre and museums. 20 min. Nice walk. Property was clean. The owner even order taxi for us to airport when we asked. He gave us a very clear instructions for self check in. Changed towels after 2 days. Shelfs in the bathroom.

Terrace

The location was good with about a half hour walk to places of interest; we were able to rely on walking throughout our stay. The host was flexible and responsive to our delayed check-in and rendering payment when we were not able to arrange a mutually workable in-person meeting. A couple of bathroom notes: though there was a small stand with hair dryer – it would be helpful to have a more substantial stand or shelf for toiletries as well as door hooks on which to place clothing and towels while showering. The hot water in the shower seemed to diminish prematurely. Finally, the bedroom in the upper area facing the front of the property was subject to late night noise from congregating youth and early morning what seemed to be construction of some sort.

• The air conditioning worked well. • A Conad supermarket is nearby. • There is a washer available for laundry. The apartment had several disappointing aspects that weren’t obvious from the photos. • No parking available—guests must either park on the street or pay for a garage nearby. • Bring your own cookware: the provided pans are old and heavily burned. • No dishwashing detergent is supplied. • Two toilets, one small bathroom, and the shower curtain was broken. • No hooks or racks to hang towels in either bathroom. • The larger bathroom had no curtain at all, and again, no place for towels. • Shampoo and toiletries are not provided. • Several electrical outlets were broken, and the number of working ones was limited. • The apartment was quite expensive for what it offered—not good value for the price. • It had poor lighting and outdated furniture. • The light fixture and the filter above the stove were dirty and worn out. The range hood does not work. • Kitchen issues: old silverware, no coffee spoons, no dish towels or cloths, and the walls were visibly dirty—not as clean as shown in the pictures. • The bed was old and uncomfortable, and the “double bed” was actually two single beds pushed together. • There was a coffee machine, but no pods provided.

The accomodation was dirty, dishes were obviously dirty from previous meals, bed sheets were full of hair and dirt. The furniture was old and broken and WiFi does not work. The owner was not friendly.

Amazingly helpful and responsive host. Walking distance from old town (20min) Noice in early morning as windows open to the super market parking lot, so couple of morning there was so much noise which didn't allow to sleep. Also we had issues with internet.

Such a great property, so much room and loved the set up and style. Only 20 min walk to all the areas you want to go and great place to stay. Hosts were very helpful! Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Florence.

The location is pretty close to the centre. I really like the atmosphere, it sort of Italian style and it perfectly matches the holiday’s vibe . I think facilities are pretty old-fashioned and we couldn’t use the plugs because some of them were not working and even dangerous to use.

Vintage style, lovely terrace, reasonably clean, as well as kind and cooperative host Minimal things like a shelf in the bathroom or a clothes hanger at the door could be a nice addition.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was big with lots of windows and light. The styling of the flat makes you immerse with Florence immediately. Responsive and friendly staff - team gave us local recommendations and were always available for any questions. The location was also superb, a walking distance from all the major sights, yet very quiet. The air conditioner was not working properly at all times

The place is exactly how it shows in the pics. Great and spacious. It’s not that close to the main sightseens - 20-30min…but it’s not an issue if you like walking and be away from the tourist areas.

Niccolò was very kind and willing to help make our stay comfortable. The apartment was fantastic, roomy and comfortable it was everything we needed. We can not fault it

Superb

The apartment had everything you could need during a vacation. A cute little balcony, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Owner was very nice and helpful. Location was calm and not too much in the touristy centre. We could easily get to the old centre using shared e-scooters. The beds/matresses move apart from one another quite easily, leaving a gap in the middle. Leaving you with two small seperate beds instead of sleeping together in one large bed. The apartment is not made for tall people. My boyfriend and I are both over 1.80cm (he is almost 2 meter) and our ankles were always hanging over the edge of the bed. The stone door to the kitchen is also quite low which led to some unfortunate headbutting.
