Comfort Inn & Suites Fort Myers Airport

The single King room was comfortable and clean, air conditioner & ceiling fan worked great, and it was massive heat wave! Wifi worked perfect, DirectTV and a few pay channels and many other regular channels on the 50" TV, but I ended up watching stuff on Netflix on my laptop, because I was enjoying a show. The mini fridge and microwave worked perfectly, and the desk and other furniture was also useful and comfortable, with outlets EVERYWHERE so I could charge my phone and laptop anywhere I moved! Was a well-designed room! I went there for my Son's wedding so I even used all the hangers, the iron, and the ironing board! Even the basic breakfast was pretty good! Never tried a premixed batter & waffle maker... I want one now, lol!

It was great place to spend one night.

Near the airport. Shuttle starts at 4 am and worked fine.

Our flight was very delayed and we didn’t check in til 1:30am extremely tired & agitated and check in was smooth ‘ quick

This hotel is convenient if you need to stay close to the airport. The staff were helpful. However, the rooms could use some maintenance, especially the bathroom, which is showing signs of wear and would benefit from some updates. Overall, it was an acceptable stay for a short visit, mainly because of the location and the friendly service.

Honestly I loved the hotel. I went with my daughters. They loved the indoor pool. Staff were very helpful and nice. The shower in the room honestly amazing. Will definitely be back. Felt very homey.

Clean room move tv The place Smelled Like Some kind of Porno Shop from the 80's. It was really bad.

our tv did not work (cable issue we think) but the front desk person was completely useless in trying to help resolve the issue. She even refused to contact a manager to possibly help us. Other guests on our floor had the same issue. We ended up moving our room to a different floor. This was very inconvenient and we were only staying for one night. We even checked with a neighboring hotel to stay there. I will not book at this particular hotel again.

Everything was perfect. They can change the dining chairs when they can.

Room smelled a bit musty, breakfast ending at 9 is a bit early, 10 am would be better, not earth shattering, just a suggestion. What's more CONCERNING- yesterday 6/19, upon check-in, we set up transport to the airport with the young lady at the desk for 11 am, when we came down at 11 am this morning and our ride wasn't there by 11:10, we asked the young lady (Different young lady than day before) at the desk about our ride, she told us the driver would be there in about 12 minutes, we questioned this, she became a bit snarky stating "you just came down here at 11". Shocked- we stated we were schedule to be here at 11. She stated the driver called off. I stated that we had no idea someone wasn't going to be here at 11 to transport us, now it's going to be 11:30 at best before we get to the airport. She replies, "so you gave yourself 10 minutes to get to the airport", I replied, "no, we set up transport yesterday with the lady at the desk for 11 am, with a 9 minute ride to the airport, we would have been there in plenty of time for a 12:59 flight", she stated "our driver called off today, I can't do anything about it, you didn't come down here until 11:00". At this point, we are appalled. We set up the time the day before, we weren't notified the transport wasn't available or we would have requested an Uber be scheduled for 11 am. We were 2 people with a SCHEDULED transport, if that fell through, the staff should have notified us or set up another ride for us at 11am and definitely not treat us like we were in the wrong. Very unprofessional. If the hotel offers shuttle service, whether it be an employee who drives the shuttle bus or an uber driver and one of those cancel, why would the hotel staff not notify us via text or a call to our room or just set up another transportation for the same time that was the schedule?
