It was was a great location. Plenty of places to eat and shop. Really appreciated the translation from airport and to the cruise port

Some of the Property is a little dated the outside parking lot had garbage and debris

Overall I had a great stay. It was a really busy weekend and they were behind on King rooms but the wait wasn't too long. Staff was nice, pretty nice breakfast (get the cinnamon rolls), my room was clean and the AC was COLD! I’d stay again

Clean and well maintained. Staff are very prompt when you raise a concern or ask for assistance. Variety of breakfast meals

The hotel itself is fine. Great breakfast. But because of our experience with the shuttle, I can’t recommend it.

It's always a great stay. The front desk and ladies who provide breakfast are great. It's close to restaurants, department stores, Publix, and less than 10 min from the Convention Center. It's also on the free shuttle route to the beach. For all these reasons, it's not necessary to rent a car...and free airport shuttle for the win! We've stayed 4 years in a row and look forward to going back next year.

The whole shuttle pickup service the hotel claims to offer might as well be nonexistent as no one came to pick up our family of 9 after calling when our flight landed and was told the driver would be there in 30 mins. Well after waiting for 1hr 30mins we all had to catch an uber.

It was very well located but it was very hot and humid outside and it was smelling bad inside,

Location was exactly what we needed… close to airport and cruise terminal. Hallway carpets were a bit worn, and not very clean.

Excellent location; safe area and close to whatever you can imagine you need. Very good breakfast.

I really enjoyed the common area was located on the 4th floor, Alway enjoyed all the bathroom toiletries were Dove, this helps when you have sensitive skin
