Location was great. Great hotel for an affordable price. I would stay there again.

Kiva was a great stay for the weekend! We had a clean room with plenty of towels. We appreciated the second entrance to the parking lot. We had a room close to the lobby, which was a little noisy even after 10 pm quit hours; not a deal breaker, but if you have an early bedtime or are a light sleeper, I'd recommend requesting a room farther from the lobby! Easy access to the highway and 5-10 minutes from Old Town/Downtown. Overall, a decent stay!

Clean, staff was friendly, and was perfect for a quick one night stay.

The wifi was too slow to be useable. It's an open network, so the neighbors (an RV park) probably use it, reducing the bandwidth.

The laminated flyer in our room mentioned a business center. When we asked the staff, they said they were able to print a paper for you from their desk Thats it. No computer use available (which was fine). We would stay here again, yes.

Nice quiet room with comfy bed. Room was fairly large. Property was in good condition with a great looking lobby. Staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was a bit lacking (no waffle maker or bagels) but they nicely had almond milk. Also, we didn't really see any walkable restaurants, but Fort Collins is a very short drive.

The room was great. We totally enjoyed a quiet soak in the hot tub and breakfast was very good!

It was a very clean week maintained establishment!! My family and I had a really good stay. The staff was helpful when checking in.

The treadmill didn’t work - the elliptical was missing a foot hold entirely - walls are very thin - one of the employees held us at the front desk for over 10 minutes just trying to check in while he answered other phone calls, including a personal one.
