Home2 Suites by Hilton Foley

It was great all around. Only thing I didn’t like was that you can hear when there’s running/jumping in the room above you and in the hallways.

The room had a slight smell and the pool wasn't as clean as I had hoped for. The staff at check in and through our stay weren't the friendly staff I'm use to staying at multiple home2 suites across the country. The breakfast was also very subpar.

Whenever I travel, I try to stay at Home2 suites of their properties

Breakfast was not what was expected. No eggs, grits, or meat found on the 1st day. No eggs or grits found on the 2nd day. Had to eat at a restaurant which was an extra cost not planned for. We try to book hotels that offers full hot breakfast. Would not have booked this hotel if no full hot breakfast, Also, there were some occupants in the room above us that were running and jumping for several hours of the night. Full hot breakfast

We arrived and our room was not ready. So we left and came back. We asked about their pool and went to check it out only to find it was filthy with dirt and grime and leave. We asked them to clean it and was told they only clean it on Friday. So the pool was out for us. So when we got into our room the room was good until the people upstairs came and stayed up all night so therefor we got 2 nights of no sleep and no help from the staff at all. Will never stay here again.

Breakfast was fantastic. We had a great time there. I’ll definitely recommend friends.

I did not like that we bought food for our trip and got to the hotel late and put all our refrigerated food in the refigerator and all was wasted due to the fridge not working and was told I would be compensated for the food and was not. Besides that, all was good.

Everything was great. Would stay here again.

Not much help trying to get room cleaned since I skipped one day we weren’t “allowed” to have them come the next because it wasn’t on their schedule. Breakfast was always chaos, also zero flavor. Door to bathroom hard to open, fridge leaking, digital keycard worked part of the time and laundry was out of order. It was ok but not for the amount.

Location Room for as not ready at check in which was 4:00. Also I hey sheets didn’t appear to have been changed. I was able to get new ones and change them.

Nice staff and clean room.

The location is excellent. The breakfast is delicious and ha a variety of food. I was able to bring my dog with me. The suite was very spacious and equipped with a kitchen… Not stove, but everything else! The phone in the room didn’t work so we had to go downstairs to get clean towels or anything we needed downstairs. They don’t clean the rooms everyday, so we had to sweep the sand from the floor in the bathroom with towels because the personal have certain days to come to your room.
