Folegandros Apartments

Location was perfect. We could walk everywhere. The room was large and always clean. The staff took care of everything. They picked us up and dropped us off. They took us to the rental car. The kitchen could have had a bit more. It was just a sink, fridge and hot plate. Only had one small pot.

Excellent hotel in a great location. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The service was outstanding, and everything was well maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location

We loved the location. So close to the village (restaurants, bars, shops, etc.). The pool is great to have on premise. Lovely apartments. Highly recommended! They had issues with the electricity at night which woke us up.

Costas the owner has provided an excellent accomodation in the perfect spot for decades. I stayed with him 20 years ago, and the place is still excellent as he's continued to update it every year. The pool has the most comfy chaise lounges with plus pillows and they offer excellent and reasonably priced drinks. Really loved our stay. Excellent beds, great hot water, roomy rooms. Nothing to dislike. The bedrooms look a little retro - but they are comfortable.

Beautiful location, quiet but only a few minutes walk from the town with all restaurants, shops and other services. Apartment was big and spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. It had 2 balconies with nice views over Chora and the island. Free transport from and to the port was a nice bonus. While we understand that our stay was at the end of the long season and the staff was understandably looking for the upcoming vacation, we were made to feel quite unwelcome and we got a feeling that the management couldn't wait to get us out of their way. There were still other guests at the property as well, but the hotel was due to close at the start of the following week. On our last evening the staff barged into our apartment with their own keyes without knocking first, while we were relaxing at the balcony. Apparently they wanted to take away the furniture from the balcony in order to store it for the winter. Without an apology they ran out again when they saw us, and rushed to the 2nd balcony and started carrying away the furniture. The manager (we assumed he was one of the managers as he was bossing the staff around, but he never introduced himself) was standing outside all the time and although he saw our astonishment, he just laughed and told the staff to go ahead and clear the 2nd balcony. No apology or explanation from him either for the disturbance. This is not the way you treat your customers unless you don't care if they return or not. We would have understood if the hotel was to close in the next day or 2 but there was still a week to go. NB! This feedback only refers to the management, the other staff were polite and just doing what they were told to do by their boss. Seems like they were bit afraid of the management.

Light airy apartment in Greek style. Terrace with fantastic views up to the church and out across the Aegean Sea. Short walk into the small town and gorgeous cafes and shops. Beautiful pool. Nothing

Everything was exceptional, spacious clean room with a small kitchen area, lounge and separate bedroom. Beautiful pool area, bar with great staff and reasonable price drinks. Short stroll into the delightful Hora. Wish we had stayed longer!

Our original room had an issue with the air conditioner being faulty. We were immediately upgraded to a lovely suite. Thank you for that. The pool and bar were great with stunning sunset views. Closeness to village beautiful village and friendly locals excellent. Would definitely return here to stay. The Hotel picked us up from the ferry and supplied a return journey when leaving the island which was much appreciated. NA

Apartment no.4 was our room and it was excellent. Comfortable bed, great facilities and 2 balconies, over 3 sides with great views. The cleaning staff were superb. The location great. Everything we asked for was sorted quickly. The transfer to and from the port so welcome. Nothing. This is just nit-picking, but larger cups would be great. The cups provided were tiny for making a cup of tea or coffee. The pool was very chilly although fine after a minute or two! the water pressure in the shower could be a bit stronger. These are minor minor things. It’s a brilliant accommodation and we would stay again.
