Towels! They need new towels desperately.

We book this hotel every time we travel through Florence. We love the minimalist and elegant design of the rooms, the color scheme, the thick robes and the refrigerator with water and amenities. This time the bathroom was a bit smaller than the room we usually stay at. The staff is always professional and helpful. The one drawback is the 2 sets of stairs to get inside, we always have suitcases, we wish there was a way to get our luggage inside without having to lift them. This is our preferred hotel in Florence.

The staff was very helpful, location was very good, walking distance from all the places we wanted to visit. I didn't like the fact that the room was a non smoking room and had a strong smell at first, but as I turned on the AC the smell kind went away gradually.

We had an amazing stay here! Location is good, not far at all from the main area/shopping and super close to the bridge/water. So clean and comfortable! The lady at the front desk was so helpful and kind. Complimentary robes & water in the room, and there’s an elevator which is a win! 10/10 stay, amazing for the price!
