Did not realize they provided nothing to help cook. No soaps, napkins, coffee maker, kitchen towel. Provided packages to rent kitchen stuff.

They were all rude locked me out of my room for hours before anyone would help me , had too call the police too get my things out of my room

The bed was covered in pee and blood. They refused to give us our money back for the remainder of the stay. We slept in the car until we could get a better hotel the next day. Filthy and rude staff

No shower, NOTHING IN THE ROOM, I DID NOT GET THE ROOM I RESERVED ON LINE BUT GET A CHEAPER ROOM AT THE FULL PRICE I PAID FOR, THE LADY AT THE DESK DOES NOT HAVE A CLUE WHAT SHE IS DOING, I PAID FOR THE ROOM ON LINE AND HAD TO PAY AGAIN WHEN I GOT There

The fact that you.can only pay with bank or credit cards, they accept no cash. The fact of paying extra 50.00 to reserve room, but it's only a hold.it goes back on your account 6 days later some guest. Check in time should start @ 12 noon. Not six pm.you pay for a day and that day is over.and check out time should be at noon. The rates are getting more but less hospitalied

The location They didn’t give out dishes to use, I could either buy theirs or buy my own or bring some from home

The room was clean and so comfortable!

Called us and said we didn't have a reservation and told us to get out, we went down to desk and showed them the receipt of purchase.they found the reservation for our stay.

Bugs other then that nice

There was a “mandatory room inspection” twice during our stay which was a mild intrusion but nothing that caused any real problems. We were able to get cleaning supplies to sweep the floors and clean up the room as we wanted as there were no housekeeping services during our stay. There were pets in the building and several people appear to live here for months at a time and neither caused us any issue. Everyone was kind and kept their animals under control. If we needed to be in town for an extended period of time I would consider staying again but for a shorter stay we would likely stay somewhere with more amenities and housekeeping.

No breakfast

Was a horrible experience my girlfriend went out to the laundry to do the laundry and she went to the car and try to get back in and the key card would not work so she called me to come down and let her in and I shut our hotel door. We only had one key and then he was locked out of our room, and we could not find anybody to help us be called every number in the book and finally after about three hours, some lady that worked there I guess finally come down. They let us in and she was about as grumpy as anybody. She acted like we was putting her out. I never stay there again. I want to find out how to get my money back.

All my belongings were stolen right under the camera and the woman who was working really didn't give a shit. Very unprofessional and rude. Nothing was done.

The price, easy to find! Bed to hard

Room had water on the floor and dehumidifier running and smelled like shit Contact staff and they said that was the only room available Went to a different hotel

The place needs some cleanup

Don’t show up late at night. They don’t have anyone at the desk after 10pm. Very basic accommodation. Very light blanket. Only a double bed. Not queen

Everything was great except that the office doesn't open until 9 AM (needed to be on the road by 8AM) and no one answered the phone to help you. But, main problem with that was the key card was already deactivated before 8AM, which made it impossible to re-enter, unless someone let you in, so you can slide the keycard under the door of the room you stayed in. No instructions on how/where to return the keycard since there was a wooden slide down piece (like on a roll top desk) covering the office "window".
