Excellent Nothing

What I enjoyed most was their attentiveness in every detail. They offered an umbrella when it was rainning and even wrote a welcome message in my own language. I highly recommend this hotel.

Cute rooms, great location. We had an issue 1st day w the A/C but they changed the room for us and did everything to make us feel comfortable

Oh Palazzo dal Borgo ... I've traveled quite a lot and stayed in beautiful places. The summer months are challenging because of the crowds and heat. This is the kind of hotel that becomes part of the trip itself... not just somewhere you sleep. Gorgeous breakfast was served in a beautiful garden setting every day - with staff who would bring freshly made coffee or a drink of our choice. The lighting and furnishings in the rooms and the whole place are so tasteful. The location is discreet but a few steps away from everything a traveler needs. Thank you for this memory. I won't have to search for a hotel next time.

The location was wonderful, very close to the train station and an easy walk to all the sights. The hotel is also in a quiet area. Breakfast had a good selection and the courtyard is lovely. Hotel staff were lovely throughout! The Aircon could have been better, we stayed during 35 degree weather and could tell it was dated but there is Aircon.

A beautiful historic palazzo in the heart of Florence, with stunning architecture and a charming inner courtyard garden. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, and the attention to detail made my stay feel very special. I particularly loved the personal touches: a handwritten welcome note and a book written by the owner of the palazzo himself — such a thoughtful and unique gift. I also really appreciated receiving the history of the palazzo in German, which showed how much care they put into welcoming their guests. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast rich and delicious, and the location wonderfully central. I stayed only one night, but Palazzo dal Borgo left a beautiful impression. I would happily return!

It was near all the attractions. Staff were all lovely. Breakfast was great, plenty to chose from It’s not that I didn’t like the hotel but when we got into our room the air conditioning wasn’t working and Florence was dealing with 38-40 degree heat! We were also facing a street that was noisy. I have to say that the staff were amazing and found us another room that was quiet and had working aircon

Amazing property. Love the fact there is someone at the desk 24 hours. They are so polite and helpful. Such a beautiful place. Nothing everything was great.

Very friendly staff who resolved issues quickly, change of room and mattress for instance Lack of self service coffee meant repeatedly having to ask staff to make one

Location, interiors, and accommodation AC does not work properly. Cleaning crew turned off the AC while we were away.
