Everything was amazing ☺️!

It was excellent, told them about our anniversary, and they prepared the room with rose petals on the bed in a shape of a heart, got a room with a mini balcony (the view was amazing), complimentary wine - all free of charge. Everything was clean, breakfast was also very delicious.

Helpful staff. Parking (paid) was very close and outside the TLZ. Bus stop was also close (too hot to walk in August!). We really enjoyed the plunge tub in the suite to cool off (nb. It takes a while to fill and we couldn’t turn on the bubbles).

Great breakfast, good location for driving in to city, clean. Street parking was available. Only a short 20-25 minute walk to the Duomo. Rooms were a bit noisy; walls felt thin. But this is common in these city hotels.

The breakfast lady was very nice, remembered my order of a cappuccino. The breakfast itself was delicious. Comfortable room and the air con which was a god send! Acoustics: Walls were thin, it sounded like people were moving furniture above us on floor 5, noise from outside but expected as busy roads. Jacuzzi: The tub was very unreliable, only got it working once while we were there for a week

Located in a quiet area, about 20 minutes from the city center; spacious rooms, modern furniture, clean, varied continental breakfast, friendly staff. Not directly related to the hotel, but as a warning for those arriving by car: the hotel parking lot is usually full, and street parking costs around 30 € per day, payable only via apps (that charge extra fees) since the parking meters are all out of order.

Great location right outside the ZTL if you are arriving by car. Very easy to get to the main attractions. Breakfast was incredible, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We also received a room upgrade which is always very nice. We checked in late through their sister hotel Jane across the street and everything went smoothly. The only hiccup we encountered came with the parking. We were under the impression that parking would be available but we were immediately recommended a parking that was far away. We parked on the street the first night and the next morning, it was quickly resolved by our reception who gave us a parking space at the garage right around the corner. It was a great stay, although pricey - it looks like prices are generally higher in Florence though.
