The room was spacious and clean as well as the bathroom, and the balcony was a pleasant plus. The staff was always helpful with information and calling taxis for us.

The hotel offers paid parking nearby, which was convenient since we drove there. Check-in was pleasant — the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. When we entered our room, there was an unpleasant odor, so we opened the window (which thankfully had a screen) to air it out. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but was manageable, and the bathroom was clean, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I was bitten by several mosquitoes during the night. I later noticed that the hotel actually provides an electric mosquito repellent on the nightstand — something to keep in mind for future guests! One downside to our stay was an interaction with another receptionist. When two of our family members briefly came up to our room to drop off shopping bags — no more than two minutes — they were scolded by the staff for being on the property. It was my mistake for not checking the visitor policy beforehand, but the situation could have been handled with a bit more courtesy. Overall, the hotel has some positives like convenient parking and friendly staff at check-in, but there’s definitely room for improvement in cleanliness, comfort, and customer service consistency What I didn’t like about the property was the strong odor in the room when we first arrived — it had an unpleasant smell that required us to keep the window open overnight to air it out. Another major downside was the mosquitoes; I was bitten several times during the night, which made it difficult to get a good rest.

Close to everything I wanted to visit and lovely communicative staff! The room was not the same as the photo when booking.

The staff is super nice and ready to help however they can. Rosella at the reception is very friendly and helpful. Thank you, Rosella, you are the best! If you stay here try the local bakery - Bar Poppagalo for morning coffee and delicious & fresh pastries and drinks in the evening. It was recommended by the staff and didn't disappoint. We couldn't figure out the heating. It didn't work well. The days in Florence we were cold and the heater barely worked. Also, the towel dryer in the bathroom didn't work or we didn't know how to turn it on.

A really nice and well maintained hotel a bit far from Florence but really good if you are driving your car, A good public parking is nearby about 5 minutes walking. Personnel were really welcoming and helpful. It was a short stay but we had the chance to enjoy our morning cappuccino at the breakfast. Breakfast was simple but coffee was fantastic. Central air-conditioning system was working without any problems. Bathroom was clean as well. everything was good as it is supposed to be

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They made our stay in Firenze worth the trip. We would have liked the air conditioner to not have been on a timer. It only kicked on from 2 pm to 2 am. After that, you had to rely on the breeze from your window. It was a little too warm for us.

The mosquitos which seem that had infested the room and the anti mosquito tablet was not good for them . 3 nights no towels change needs some kind of renovation really central location safe location

Great room. Beds were nice and clear. Washroom was a little tiny but adequate. It was so good we returned for another night. Excellent part of the city with Il Barrino next door for amazing Steak Florentine. Magdi pizza also near by and a local hot spot for take away pizza. Elevator was small but functional. No air conditioning. Slept with the windows open and got bitten by mosquitos.

Soundproofing

Good location with 20- 25 minute walk to centre of Florence. Good value parking just behind hotel . 15 euros per 24 hours. Hotel was clean and felt safe. N/A
