Love this place , stayed in bypillow in madrid and decided to stay in florence and it was a great idea. Cozy room, clean comfortable -

Friendly staff, clean airy room, great location.

The location and the staff were lovely. The rooms were really clean and the shower was larger and nicer than many we’ve encountered in Italy. There were some noises throughout the evening (clanging) that could be drown out by white noise but unsure of its origins. Happened every night.

Common area had very strong scent. It was a nice scent but potent.

Close to everything in Florence if you don't mind walking, close to the train station and bus lines. The social room with coffee and water was great! Nothing it was great for what we wanted.

This property had an excellent location and a wonderful staff There was nothing I didn’t like about this property. I would happily stay there again.

It was clean, attractive and well located. They offered me a choice of rooms. One of the men on duty was very helpful in finding the times of sights I wanted to see. Without him I might have missed them because of faulty online information. It seemed cold and impersonal at first. It is definitely corporate in feeling. But the men on duty finally became human, kind Italians when treated as such by me.

Great location, comfortable bed, clean. Large shower and window in the bathroom. Easy walk from the train station. Large common area provided water and coffee :)

It has nice location, a lot of restaurants, walking distance to the center of Florence

Location was great, room was clean and comfortable and staff was very friendly.

Construction going on on the ground floor which we were not told about. Windows opening to a side wall. Bathroom without room for personal toiletries.

Location is great, easy to athere is an elevator, which was nice to get our luggage up to our floor. Water refilling station was amazing! Cold and filtered and saved us from buying plastic water bottles

Nice location, friendly and helpful staff

Staff were exceptionally helpful, answering many questions, booking a cab, etc. The location of the hotel was great, there were many restaurants and shops nearby and most sights were within walking distance.

The location was great! We could easily walk to restaurants, shopping, etc. There was a convenience store on the street, a rental car around the corner, and many places to eat/drink within a 15 minute walk.

The hotel is not right in the hotspot area, but you can reach attraction within walking distances and they are not quite near to the central train station.
