Beautiful property, friendly stuff , amazing service and food. Perfect location.

Nice entorior

The bell boys were very nice and location was great The breakfast was so so… the rest was bad. There are stairs to go to every room so it was difficult to reach. The beds were regular, the pillows bad, the A/C BAD My daughters room had the A/C not working and they denied to change the room without charging extra.

Everything! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Location is perfect. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Coffee makers in room could be better.

The location of the property was EXCELLENT. Few minutes to River- squares, hundred of restaurants and shops. The hotel was the nicest hotel we have stayed at through Italy. If you can- do stay here. Room was comfortable and beautiful. Bathroom was gorgeous and spacious. The lobby was stunning. Breakfast in an elegant setting. If I return to Florence- I will stay here 100% Not one thing we did not like

The property was the ideal location with close access to all the sights and great restaurant options. The rooms were smaller than preferred but given the location this is understandable.

The staff provides impeccable service. Thank you to Marcello, Lorenzo, and Lorenzo!? We have stayed at the Hotel Bernini Palace twice and look forward to returning. This is a beautiful hotel, full of historic charm, quintessential Florence . The hotel is very clean and is in an excellent location as well. Nothing.

The location was great. Five minute walk to Duomo. Ten minute walk to Ponte Vecchio. Our room was very, very tight. Our friends room was similar with more room. The main difference seemed to be the wardrobe- it took up a lot of space in our room. Our friends room had more of a closet type set up inside the wall. Bathroom was great. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. Breakfast was fantastic.

Location and top of the line Nothing

Location was amazing. Right in the heart of Florence. Staff was extremely helping in recommendations for restaurants and how to use the bus/train system. Breakfast was delicous, with lots of options One of the elevators were down during my stay, but it wasn't a big deal. The stairs are accessible and there is a second elevator.

The location, just around the corner from the Palazzo Vecchio, is perfect for city center sightseeing. The lobby area is comfortable and classy. The breakfast featured a variety of hot and cold foods, all of excellent quality.

It was a beautiful elegant property in the best location!

The concierges and wait staff were wonderful. Lorenzo, the head concierge was amazing. The food.

Beautiful hotel , elegant The staff in the reception are very friendly and helpful A very beautiful and historic place. Although the hotel itself is lovely, the noise from outside can be clearly heard — the rooms are not soundproof as mentioned in the booking. As for the morning disturbance during breakfast, it’s beyond acceptable — the noise made by the staff while cleaning and clearing tables after each guest is unbearable. In short, it’s a wonderful place with poor management — definitely not up to a five-star standard!
