The breakfast was not many selections. That was the most disappointing part. The pool was too milky..

Quiet! It was nice to have pool time without younger kids swimming.

The property is beautiful and the staff was all friendly! The location was good and walking distance to all the places we wanted to go. We wish we stayed longer so we could enjoy the spa as well but it looked beautiful.

Everything. The pool. The room. The staff. This was our favorite hotel stay of the entire trip. My only complaint would be it’s a little bit out from the central tourist areas, which is both good and bad. A little extra walking, but then also not as noisy.

We enjoyed the view from the rooftop, and the general ambience of the hotel. A little bit noisy by the morning specially.

Hotel is just outside of ZTL and has parking available to park the car, cost of the parking per day is 25euro which is reasonable given it's in the city. The room is clean and well maintained. Hotel also has the water fountain to fill still or sparkling water, this is very nice. Breakfast has good selection and staff very nice. We are very happy with the stay.

Our Room was downstairs. No elevator and we had to carry the luggage down and up the stairway.

Room was good size and next to the breakfast area. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast options were good. We loved the pool, steam and sauna. It was a pleasant stay. Nothing in particular.

I loved the position of the hotel, the option of a room with a little kitchen and in case the common laundry room on the floor of the spa, the staff was so kind and professional, the breakfast was great. The room was very comfortable, clean and easy to access with the elevator (which in Florence can be a luxury). Didn't have the time to try the spa, yet I love to have that option inside the hotel. Plus, I love how the hotel is sensitive to reduce the garbage waste. Therefore, having the opportunity to refill my water bottle with filtered water (still or sparkling) 24/7 it's was quite a nice touch. I am very sensitive to noise, so maybe this is subjective.. I could hear a bit the traffic coming from the main street even if my room was facing the courtyard. When I slept in another room, facing on a smaller street it was super quite.

Breakfast was great. Room was large. Door lock (physical lock and key) to the unit was broken. It was a struggle getting into the room. Also, the gym was outside. Equipped got weathered being exposed to the elements- not great.

I came to that hotel to celebrating my 30th birthday in Florence, so the occasion itself was great. Florence is a wonderful city with great people and restaurants, and luckily we could park our car just upstairs next to our apartment. The hotel itself was really bad. It was our 3rd time at the MyForte Relais since 2017 and each time we've been there it got worse. This time, it was the worst. We got some old room looking like a stable. When we entered, it smelled horribly with chlorine or some desinfectant. Also, I wanted to charge my electric car at the hotel despite already paying more than € 30 for the parking and they wanted € 0.70/kWh which is 2.5x more than at the public charger of my choice. The communication with the hotel felt sometimes unreasonable, stating that it's a fair price considering that it's a secure parking spot. Finally, the breakfast was poor and not enjoyable at all. Any McDonald's breakfast would have felt better and healthier. For me this was the third and last time being at this hotel and after this trip.

Hotel was really lovely, excellent value breakfast, very helpful staff and lovely courtyard to sit in Rooms slightly noisy from other guests and breakfast being setup in the morning.
