Ability to leave luggage at the hotel before check in and after check out.

It was close to everything we needed. The people were so friendly and helpful. The first morning we went out for breakfast we didn’t know how to get out of the front door! No one told us you only have to push the red button! I am claustrophobic and started to panic.

Convenient to both the historic district and train station. There is a small but usable elevator for second floor entry. Everything was fine

Location is great, beds comfortable, staff super friendly and helpful. Only thing I would suggest to fix is the bathroom, water from the shower ends up on the bathroom floor somehow and causes the baseboards to swell.

Conveniently located near the train station as well as all of the sightseeing that we wanted to do. Nothing that comes to mind

Not as close to train station as advertised. Refrigerator did not work. AC worked at first but did not work our last night. Host offered to have us move to a new room, but we declined. Wish compensation would have been offers instead.

Centrally located hotel, a short walk from the main train station. There are many restaurants on the same street, and in the surrounding area. The hotel is on the 2nd floor (3rd floor for visitors from the USA). Despite this being an old building, a very small lift has been installed - big enough for 2 people with no luggage, but it looked claustrophobic so we only ever used the stairs. Reception staff were polite and efficient. Note: They are only present part-time. Room was clean and comfortable, and included a fridge which we had to plug in. Air-con and WiFi worked well. Once entering the building, there was no signage to indicate on which floor the hotel was located. We looked at the buttons in the lift to see if any were labelled with the name of the hotel - they weren't. Would recommend that guests are either given directions in advance, or better signage is put up in the entrance hall. We also had difficulty operating the lock on the entrance door to exit the building. Luckily for us, another resident of the building who was passing by came to our aid and showed us how it worked. So we would recommend asking reception to explain this to guests.

It is not a hotel. It is part of the 3rd floor of a building. This is fine but it is misleading to call it a hotel.

it was close to the restaurants and main attractions. the elevator was 2 person capacity but functional. clean and quite rooms. the accommodation address is different from what booking.com is showing. it was a 10 min further walking from train station (not easy with luggage), check the google map address. check-in time before 7PM is an issue if train has delay.

I would be better if they have microwave oven.

Good location, good price, friendly staff. Clean rooms.

Location 1 star hotel so very simple. Nothing bad to say about staff. The only thing is that we think we could have paid a little more for a better option.

Room

Very clean, organized with clean towels, big bathroom with strong shower with both cold and hot water. Reception answered quickly and let us do flexible check in. They cleaned the room in the morning and gave us some sweets. The elevator was working fine, but was kind of creepy. Nothing that would make it less comfortable. I would stay again in this hotel with no worries.

Great location to Italian leather stores and if you are interested in visiting The Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Accommodating receptionist. The AC is not working well, it was very hot so we needed it desperately to at least have a cold room to sleep comfortably.

The elevator can only fit 1 person and 1 big luggage, so if you have a lot of luggages and travel in big group, might take a while to get your luggages up there.

A nice surprice, this was actually better than expected. Very nice and clear room with many option of good itailan food near by, 3 blocks away from main train station. Very small and slow elevator.
