Location is great. Easy access to transportation. Everything is walking distance. Staff is nice. Good for low budget short stay. Sound isolation is very poor. You can hear train and people talking and even walking in/out of the building with all door and windows close. It will not be ideal for light sleeper.

The beds were a little uncomfy, and there was a bad smell at times

1. They have an active day only reception which helps when you land without check in time known. 2. They kept our baggage. 1. Bathroom is out of the room. 2. 2 floors of stairs. Please be careful if you have heavy luggage.

Passable

The location was great, 1 km or so from the main train station - an easy walk without suitcases. The facilities were fine, perfectly adequate. I only stayed for one night, so it was ideal. The room was a little small, and the bedding a little thin. As I say, for one night, it was fine.

the staff was very nice, friendly, helpful and kind and the location was okay, it was calm during the night, not far from the center, well connnected by public transport the place just looks worn-down in real life and even though it was clean, looks not so fresh

This is not a hotel; it's a floor in a building, and it seems that some people live there. There's a reception, but I only saw staff when I checked in. The room was clean and spacious, but not elegant or visually pleasant.

The owner is so nice, and he explain everything in detail Nothing, everything was good

We loved the romantic look of the bedroom. The location is also very good. Stefano is very friendly. Every thing was nice. The bath coud be better.

There were construction works during the whole last night from our stay, the noise was some awful, continuous rumbling. The toilet's cabin door doesn't provide much privacy.

Our double room was clean and comfortable - whilst the host was friendly and helpful (he gave us a map of Florence with some suggestions). The location is good if you’re travelling to Florence’s main train station (5-10 minute walk). Despite having a shared bathroom it was well maintained and clean at all times. There wasn’t anything in particular that we didn’t like.

The location is great and the staff was very friendly, speaking english very well. We needed to check in at 9AM and wanted to go sightseeing right away. The room was not checked-out yet, so they offered to store our baggage in a different place until the room becomes available. The bathroom is shared, so its cleanness largely depends on the people accommodated in other rooms. Also, the room is not very silent, you can hear a lot of noise from the other rooms as well from the other floors of the house.

Excellent sized room. The Wifi was excellent Description says room sound - proofed it was not. The shutters over the window didn't close. It turns out Trams are quite noisy and the run regularly past the window. Also there must be construction work going on above - they started hammering from around 8.30 in the morning although this was not the fault of the hotel. The TV had a sign on it it saying it didn't work
