pretty basic hotel but very nice stay. loud outside from street noise. cross walk sign makes a loud beeping noise that gets quite annoying if you want to have windows open

Everything was Excellent Nothing , except the elevator is quite old and doesn’t go all the way to the ground floor, you must use the stairs to get to reception.

The room decor is nice, central location, good breakfast till 12pm. The air conditioner was weak and could not cool the room down to 21°C, so the room often felt too warm. The shower temperature was difficult to adjust and kept changing between too hot and too cold. To have the room cleaned, you needed to leave before 1:00 PM. There are also two long flights of stairs between the ground floor and the first floor, and the elevator is only available starting from the first floor. The hotel is located at a busy intersection, so there is always a lot of traffic, people, and noise. There is also no patio, courtyard, or garden area where guests can sit and relax.

Location, staff were helpful, property was aesthetically pleasing, rooftop views! Room was small but nice.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was fantastic and the employees couldn’t be more helpful. The only slight issue was the large staircase to get to the front desk.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and location! The location was great but there was so much work/construction being done on the streets. Just a bit difficult to navigate with luggage.

Location was perfect, the bed was very comfortable and ghe AC worked beautifully. There aren't enough places to put your stuff in the bathroom (sink and shower) and the only mirrors are in the bathroom.

Great location, bath products were good Mold in shower, AC did not cool to the temperature it was set to. No where close to 20 degrees Celsius. Felt more like 25 - 28

Nothing. Horrible service the staff was racist and very unhelpful. The rooms were super dirty, had mold everywhere (especially the toilet), and we found a dead rat at the bottom of our bed. Just don’t come here

Excellent location - walking distance to everything. Staff are very helpful. We enjoyed having a good breakfast in the morning with coffees/cappuccinos made to order. The breakfast had fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt with toppings, some warm items like eggs and bacon. Multiple juices - enough to get your day going. The hotel is clean, beautifully decorated. The bathrooms have a great layout. We stayed in a suite that was slightly larger and just gorgeous. Nespresso in the room and little pastries was a nice touch. Beds are beyond comfortable - I'd like on in my house! You will not be disappointed. n/a

The location is excellent, walking distance to all the major sites, on a very nice street. We staying in a superior double room which was large for city hotel standards, nicely furnished and comfortable. The bed linens and towels are lovely! The staff were all extremely kind and helpful but professional at the same time. A special mention for the gentleman who served coffee and tea in the breakfast room (sorry I didnt ask his name) who was very gracious and friendly. A good selection of hot and cold choices for breakfast. Wifi was fast and efficient. Overall a very good stay. Thank you! The bath was quite narrow and slippery and it was not easy to take a shower.

I stayed here two times while in Italy and had a fantastic experience both times. The value of this hotel for the price is pretty unbeatable. I stayed in two different single rooms, which were both super cute, comfortable and clean. The hotel is very centrally located, about 5-10 minutes walk to the Duomo, Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, Pitti Palace, Santa Maria Novella train station, and the excellent area of Santo Spirito across the river. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler in the immediate area—it was well lit and busy but not too loud at night. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The showers (in the single rooms at least) are very small even for Europe, which could be an issue if you are a plus-size or very tall person.
