The staff was outstanding! Dinner at Guelfi e Ghibellini, the hotel restaurant was fantastico! Extremely helpful and courteous! Iuliana, Larissa and Francesco went above and beyond to make our stay most enjoyable and memorable! Very clean! Enjoyed the piano music! Good location! The bed was too firm for us.

The location was perfect close to everything! You will have to walk so wear comfortable shoes! The hotel is something you see from years ago in NYC. The staff was so helpful! We love filleppe he showed us around the entire place before we checked in! He was the best! So helpful when there was a train strike! And in every other way!! The breakfast, the room was the best! Loved it! Very cozy and historical! The only thing that we had a problem with was the plumbing issue with the toilet. Other than that was perfect!!!

What a wonderful hotel! Upon arrival the bell staff greeted us and assisted with luggage. The woman that checked us in was extremely friendly and professional. Our room was lovely. Spacious and comfortable. Breakfast each morning was very good. We loved the location because so much was within a ten minute walk but not in the thick of the hoards of people. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and stay again. Nothing bad to say

Attractive historic building in a good location Hotel is on the upper floors of the building and feels disconnected from the rest of it - doorman and restaurant staff pretty rude when we arrived and then in the evenings when we came back. Expensive suite had two single beds pushed together and not a double bed - when this was pointed out (twice) the best they came up with was an extra mattress topper which still didn’t prevent the beds slipping apart in the night. Staff were very sparse and the place felt empty with a slightly odd atmosphere.
