Fantastic location.Excellent host.Mr. Lapo looks after each small requirement of the guest.

Great location - on a side street off Palazzo Vecchio Friendly staff Super clean Great wifi A little noisy at night but can't be helped - it is because it is so central!
-
That is very clean , close to everything in the square very good location What not to like ?

Location in the center of the old city was fabulous!

The property was nice. The room was well kept and the bathroom was large and nice. Nothing to complain about. The lady that handled everything was fantastic!

I like being close to everything and the staff was friendly. It was supposed to have a private bathroom. What it had was a shower and sink right in the bedroom and a toilet down the hall. The bed was actually two twin beds, which separated quite a bit during the night.

The staff were friendly and quickly responds to questions and concerns on pre check in. The directions given were also clear and precise.

Booking.com double booked me. I didn't need two rooms.

The hotel was near a covered loggia (?)/former market place where live music was being performed the night I arrived. I appreciated the performance and lively atmosphere but apparently other hotel guests complained about the noise. There were two gelato places open next door to the hotel so I got my first gelato (but not the last haha) in Florence and watched and listened to the performers. The hotel manager (who looked like she was also the maintenance staff) was very friendly and cheerful when I met her in the morning after my stay. She seemed like a very nice person. The hotel does not have 24 hour reception staff so my late arrival involved a self-entry and check-in. I was given two codes to enter the building and one did not work. Luckily some people were exiting when I was having trouble and I was able to gain entrance to the building. The building elevator did not seem to work so I climbed the stairs with my heavy bag to the hotel. The room was hot and there were steps to get to the bathroom (a potential tripping hazard, especially during nighttime).

Small space.

The room we had was so small. Good for one person. We couldnt sleep because the sewage on the bathroom smells soo bad. The whole room needs refurbishment. The bed was so wiggly and the pillow smells. We transferred to a different hotel the next day. There are better options for the priced paid.

Very convenient location close to everything around the center What not to like

The location, the prompt and clear communication with the staff prior and during stay (Ines). The water pressure in shower, the pillows..location, location... While the bed mattress is comfortable, they place two mattress pads or similar on the double bed, one for each side, so I kept falling into the crack those two moving pieces of "pads" made when they moved! So annoying. Why not place an entire whole piece? I also thought room was pricey but it was what it was. Location location location.

The location could not be in a better spot. It is the perfect stay where you can quickly pop in and out of the room as you please. The staff is above and beyond friendly, and I cannot wait to return again in the future.

Comfortable, clean, and an excellent location. Nothing
-
It was very crowded and noisy. There was a lot of noise coming from inside the rooms and from the next room. I was asleep, I woke up to the sound of the next room and I could not at all, the sound was coming in from the next room.

The location was perfect, friendly staff and clean room The only thing that we did not like was that you could hear noise from neighboring rooms, like talking, snoring, etc.

This property is just a stone throw away from every major attractions, situated right next to Mercato Porcellino on the road to Ponte Vecchio. A cozy, comfortable, cute apartment. Ines and Lappo go out of the way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They are very attentive of every little things providing room sleepers to essential cleaning kits, your every requirements are fulfilled even without asking. We were pleasantly surprised by their impeccable hospitality standards. It’s a stellar for the price you pay.
