The old style structure some times was lacking accuracy. And the room was very small, but mostly too noisy for the price

Absolutely nothing I waited 15 minutes to check-in, nobody at reception. We were put on the 2nd floor which had an elevator but you had to walk a flight of stair down to get to and from your room to the elevator so what's the point of an elevator? The room and bathroom were tiny with no coffee/tea or bathroom extras. The parking is next to the hotel but is a long walk to take luggage and there are no carts. All of this adds up when you are senior citizens with back and knee problems. Nobody offered to help us with our bags. The breakfast was ok. This Hotel is way too expensive and very very tired to be charging the price we paid. We will never return to this place.

It’s clean location , good people and good breakfast

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable

Hotel was only a 7 minute walk to the train station and a 20 minute stroll into the centre of Florence. The staff were friendly and Marco was very helpful with something we needed. The WiFi was terrible and we ended up using our own 5G connection.

Staff was amazing and great breakfast Bathrooms had mould and the rooms were a little untidy

Outdated rooms, carpeting in hallway. Bathroom shower dirty, black mold on caulking and dirty frame on outside.

The breakfast could be better. I was missing scrambled eggs, I think it should be standard for every hotel.

Mosquitos, noise, no a/c!

The room was a bit small for the cost. Hot water took very long to start. Staff was not that inviting.

The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options and great quality. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm and cozy, and the location is very convenient — just a short walk from both the train and bus stations. The check-in time is a bit late, but at least they allowed me to leave the car in the parking lot with my luggage until the room was ready, which was helpful. The room outside was more on the noisy side.

Close to all historical sites, to the train, to great food, to the river, and to shopping Breakfast was great every morning

Basic hotel. Nothing to brag about. On a main boulevard with lots of street traffic. The hotel hallways could use new carpeting and better lights. The room size was average. The bathroom door didn’t close and it squeaked every time you opened or closed it. Breakfast was decent.

The location is not bad and the hotel is clean and the room size was acceptable The receptionist employee (bold guy with eye glasses in the morning shift) who checked us in was so rude to the extent that he was shouting at me because simply I was asking for a closer room to the receptionist for my father in law who is 74 yrs old!!!!

Breakfast was ok… pretty complete Rooms are too plain. Lack of amenities and comfort. WiFi was bad

The facilities

The reception staff are a bit passive aggressive! I don’t know if this is the norm in italy or not but I’ve payed tons of money and I shall be treated with respect. I asked for an iron and they told me that Irons are banned in hotels in a very rude manner. The ACs are not working in one of the three rooms. The fridges are not working in TWO of them! The breakfast was below average. The location is not great. The keys have a big gold ball attached to them which is very inconvenient to carry. Honestly wouldn’t go there again.

It was very disappointed hotel. Poor drainage, Poor AC in Summer, and no cleaning Breakfast finish quickly if you come at 9:30 Poor management

Walking distance to most attractions and shopping. Quiet area, good AC Double bed was two singles mattresses pushed together. At night you fall in the hole between two mattresses Parking is limited, come early.
