Hotel Ferrucci Firenze

The location is good. It is in walking distance to the historic downtown. You can either walk or take a bus. We had a rental car, it was important for us to have a parking by the hotel outside of the ZTL zones. The hotel parking is a joke, it only can fit 2 cars comfortably so you can actually get in and out anytime without being blocked. There is city parking by the hotel as well and it was the best option for us and much cheaper (8am-8pm - only 1 euro per 1 hr, and free on Sundays) The room was ok size. The beds were not comfortable. The bathroom and shower were ridiculously small and very uncomfortable to use.

The lack of elevator. The facade repair works did not allowus to go to the terrace and to see anything from the window except scaffolding. Although it was quiet in the room.

location is great, hotel is within walking distance from the city center and all main attractions. Also, on the same street there are a cool pizza place and a very nice bar from your morning coffee. Hotel staff was very nice and welcoming, they did their best to help with our requests. Very cool that drinks are on the house (water, sodas and beer). the hotel is being refurbished, we weren't informed, windows couldn't be easily opened. The rooms are dated, not as per the pictures, pictures show way prettier rooms than reality, the rooms were def not as nice.

The staff is incredibly nice, the room was comfortable and the shower had the best water pressure I have experienced in a while. The hotel is also not very far from the important sights, and has nice restaurants around it in the neighborhood too. The management also kindly offers free snacks and water for each day of your stay. Reaching the hotel using only public transport is not very easy. Early in the morning you could also hear the guests leaving very clearly, so if you're a light sleeper this could be a problem.

Beautifully decorated , clean

The location was nice and the staff were very accommodating. Gave us good recommendations for breakfast and assisted us with getting taxi service. The hotel is completely run down. Smells moldy. They did not let us know they were doing work on the outside so we had orange netting and scaffolding all around the building and could Not see out the window. It was not very clean. Things were broken in our room (hairdryer/toilet paper dispenser) marks and holes in the walls. Could barely move in the room as they have tried to accommodate too much in a small space. The bed is very uncomfortable.

Property was beautiful and in a great location on the river ... beautiful terrace to enjoy watching the world go by with a coffee and pastry easy to access via bus or walking Overall no complaints the bed was a little firm for my liking but no real complaints

We liked the location . Close to restaurants and Patisseries. We were able to walk to activities and access public transit with ease . The staff were exceptionally helpful with recommendations & advice ; when we had questions! We have no complaints.

Great staff. Clean small hotel in a small ‘palazzo’ by the Arno. easy transportation to central areas and Sta Maria del fiore station. and easy transfer to T2 tram to airport at the station. Room small for cost and bathroom minuscule. smaller than Japanese hotels. Not what is shown in thevpicture.

Room was clean, hotel was near the center and bathroom was spacious Our room faced the street and there was a lot of noise during the night, which made it difficult to fall asleep.
