Location is ok A lot, it’s very dirty and noisy, staffs keeping making mistakes, gave guests uncleaned rooms, refused to provide storage for luggage, although confirmed with Michael who said it is no problem to store my luggage for 3 hours, but refused by his colleague next day, Day time construction is on, drilling noise next my room, night time, the gap between the wall and ceiling can’t block any sound from next room, I have changed 5 hotels during my travel, I booked all from book.com, very happy with the other hotels, but very shocked and disappointed with this one.

Breakfast was good. There was a variety of pastries mostly but they also have different breads and had ham, cheese, tomato and cucumber which I used to make a little sandwich, which I could enjoy in the private garden. They also have a coffee machine and one with different juices as well as a box of teas to pick from. I was on the top floor but was pleased to have a nice tub to soak in after walking all day and fresh sunlight every morning. Marco, a staff member was especially kind and gave recommendations for places to go and eat or drink as well as a day trip to the sea! I would come back to Florence just to stay at this hotel for a couple of nights and eat at my favorite restaurant! The walk to the main piazza was very quick and easy although I chose to either walk past or in the neighborhood around the hotel. Bonus was the park right outside where I sat and enjoyed a panini or 2 and the police station on the left which gave my solo traveler mind some peace. The room was a bit warm, however, I was staying during one of the hottest stretches of the season but I found it cooled down more in the late evening and early morning hours.

Perfect location close to the airport and walking distance to the ponte vecchio. We loved the courtyard for enjoying a relaxing breakfast. Delicious food options including healthy fresh food and an excellent coffee machine with multiple options for an exquisite coffee experience The location was excellent and the staff was welcoming. Super friendly and accommodating. They even facilitated our rideback to the airport car rental center. That the air conditioning had a restricted temperature

Breakfast met my needs. nothing

Centrally located to the town center and most of the attractions! There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. All staff members were very helpful and friendly to me. A little dated and there was a funky odor.

Location is very good and very close to center and major touristic sites. Dog friendly with the park right in front. Accommodation for parking was very good and personal is very nice and friendly. Place is clean and comfortable.
-
The location was clean and it wasn't too far from many of the famous sites in Florence, like the Uffizi, Santa Croce, the Duomo. The breakfast was excellent and comprehensive. Very good for a jetlagged traveler waking up early in the morning. This very much a hotel, so if you want a hotel this is the experience you want. The rooms were tidied up daily. The bathrooms were spacious and clean

The location was very good and convenient to explore Florence. The staff was polite and helpful. The hotel felt very old and outdated. Unfortunately, the bathroom did not feel very clean, especially the sink and shower area, which gave us an uncomfortable impression regarding cleanliness.

The hotel common areas and the room were well used. Maybe time to freshen up.

Breakfast was very good and a bonus! great value for the money. Angela and the whole staff were wonderful! great location across from a park, also close to the central market for great food choices. Close to the train station, I walked everywhere

Dirty, old, no light. And it’s not a queen bed. It’s two single beds push together that separate easily

The property is centrally located, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is pretty good. The seating area by the reception is a little outdated/not very inviting, but it looks out into the garden, which is lovely.

The breakfast was disappointing. There were around 20 sweet, pre-purchased options, but only one day included eggs (an omelet), which was cold, likely because no heated serving plates were used to keep the food warm. On the last day, there was also a cheese & ham pie that seemed either from the previous day or not properly defrosted, making it inedible. Additionally, the furniture appeared to be over 50 years old, and at times the overall atmosphere gave the impression of an abandoned hotel.

Great Location and Good breakfast and was helped by the hotel management to find a ride back to the train station. The hotel was just walking distance to one of the most touristy spots in Firenze and the nearby connecting train station to Milan. The room furniture and fittings were a little outdated and the bed was not very comfortable. One of the employees at the desk was a little rude while answering to my questions. The neighbourhood could get a little discomforting later in the night in certain patches.

"The engagement with the representative at the reception was unsatisfactory; there was no greeting or acknowledgment of my presence."

Great location, friendly staff
-
Hotel staff were friendly, and the hotel is easy to get to from the train station (10-15 min walk). The spot itself is perfect to just leave your belongings and start exploring. Staff gave me a really nice two floor room, the beds were comfy, the A/C worked just fine and it was very clean. I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The breakfast was good too.

The isolation from street noises is not optimal
